8th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)I am delighted with the result achieved by Jag at Your Choice. At his suggestion the house was marketed at about £20k more than was proposed by another agent. Jag said that he had a number of prospective buyers who would be interested in this property. I approved the marketing details on a Thursday afternoon. The advert appeared online on Friday and the following Monday there were 11 viewings with an offer at the asking price received within 48 hours. 4 months from start to completion of which 7 weeks was a delay waiting for probate to be granted.

Chose Franca thinking she would be good during the final (post offer but pre contract exchange) stage in the process, but it's someone else at Philip James that handles that side of things (who also seems good, but worth bearing in mind)!

7th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I was impressed by their knowledge of property prices in the area, leading to a realistic valuation and quick sale. The property was marketed overnight. We had a number of buyers in the first week, several of which made offers. They kept me in touch at all times and were very friendly and helpful on the phone. The sale went through very smoothly.
22nd Oct 2022 (1 year ago)Helpful staff when sale was progressing and when chain subsequently collapsed but overall felt that my sale was not a priority. I had to chase them for progress and feedback. I feel they offer more to clients at the upper end of the market.
22nd Aug 2019 (4 years ago)The guy called Matt did not show in the viewing and asked for second one to be delayed for a week. When I checked rightmove I found out they raised the prices after I asked to see the property. Just run away from them.

2nd Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house

27th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)They sold my house within 5 weeks and they didn’t value it too high so that it generated lots of interest. They also coordinated the offers to ensure it went to best and finals. The communication was always amazing with feedback after every viewing. Both people that worked on the sale - Kim and Jules - were really lovely and supportive too.

24th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)I dealt mostly with Zee and did appreciate the 'balancing act' between myself and the homeowner. Although work did need doing to update the property and I made requests for this, it was ultimately understood that the owner would not commit funds for this. I felt that Zee considered both tenant and owner needs and advocated on my behalf to discuss fair or no rental increases. At the point of the homeowner selling the property, Zee was considerate with regard to mine and my daughter's wellbeing.
19th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.

They were proactive in their contact with solicitors and the buyer to enable the purchase to be completed efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
