3rd Aug 2026 (8 days ago)I bought my property through Jordan Fishwick back in March, and although Leah wasn't technically my estate agent, she was one of the biggest reasons the purchase made it over the finish line.<br><br>It wasn't the most straightforward transaction, but Leah always made time for me. She was honest, transparent, and kept me updated throughout. She chased the right people at the right time and wasn't afraid to apply pressure when things stalled. In all honesty, she did more to move the purchase forward than my solicitors did.<br><br>Buying a home is stressful enough, but having someone who genuinely cares and takes ownership makes all the difference. Leah made the whole process feel far more manageable.<br><br>The rest of the team were just as friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping people find the right home.<br><br>When the time comes to sell, there is no question who I'll be calling. I'll definitely want Leah on my team.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jordan Fishwick to anyone looking to buy a home.

30th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)I cannot recommend Sue and the team at LRG/Leaders highly enough.<br><br>My purchase wasn’t straightforward, with delays outside anyone’s control, but throughout the entire process Sue kept me updated, responded promptly to my emails, and was always reassuring, kind, professional and incredibly patient.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed about what was happening.<br><br>Massive thanks to Sue and the team for all of your hard work in helping me purchase my first home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone buying or selling a property.

Their approach made it clear that they had little interest in cooperating with prospective buyers or communicating in a professional and respectful manner.<br><br>In addition, we found that some of your property listings did not accurately reflect the information being presented on the property platforms, creating unnecessary confusion and wasting our time.<br><br>As the agency that describes itself as the “number one estate agent in Manchester”, I would suggest that greater emphasis is placed on customer service and communication. Buyers and sellers alike deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, without passive-aggressive or dismissive interactions. Our experience fell well below the standard we would expect from a professional estate agency.

Paul made everything feel straightforward from the very beginning, and his professionalism and communication continued throughout both our sale and purchase.<br>Paul kept us informed every step of the way, always available to answer our questions, and worked hard to keep everything progressing as smoothly as possible.<br>We always felt supported and knew we were in safe hands. 17th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
3rd Aug 2026 (8 days ago)Hi everyone, I’m looking for help from landlords/property owners who may have dealt with Alphi Jacob Knight or Eric PVE Group in Manchester.<br><br>We handed our M1 apartment over to Alphi in July 2025 to manage a refurbishment and prepare the property for rental/ sale. I’m living away from Manchester and trusted them to manage the project and contractors on our behalf.<br>Unfortunately, almost a year later, the situation has become extremely difficult.<br>The property has been vacant for nearly 12 months. We have paid more than £40,000 in refurbishment-related costs, incurred over £3,000 in building management charges/fines following damage during the works, and lost a substantial amount of rental income.<br>D3 Group was introduced/appointed by Alphi to carry out the refurbishment, but when serious problems arose with the quality of work, delays and payments, we found ourselves caught between the different parties and there appeared to be significant disagreement over who was responsible.<br>Later, Eric/PVE became involved in managing/completing the remaining work. We paid approximately another £10,000 to PVE, but many of the issues we raised remained unresolved and we became increasingly concerned about the progress and quality of the work.<br>We have now terminated their involvement. They confirmed to us in writing that our keys and fobs would be returned, but we are still waiting for them – after 2 months.<br>We have kept extensive evidence, including emails, WhatsApp messages, invoices, payment records, photographs and records of the work and delays. We are now considering obtaining formal legal advice regarding recovery of our losses.<br>Has anyone here had experience with them, or a similar situation in Manchester?<br>I will report these to trading standards. But would appreciate recommendations for a solicitor experienced in property management/contractor disputes and advice on the best route for pursuing a substantial financial claim.<br>If anyone has dealt with the same companies and would prefer not to comment publicly, please feel free to message me privately.<br>Thank you — any advice would be greatly appreciated.
25th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Overpriced my house, then reduced it by £25k then 2 weeks later wanted to reduced it a further £20k. Making my house seem unsellable. Communication was terrible. I had to chase for feedback. I made a big mistake using them. What they promise around your dining table is not what you get. I am using a different agent.
