2nd Apr 2024 (18 days ago)Great service again from Georgia and Briony at Bridgfords in Withington. They always market the properties well and find tenants super quick. They are helpful, professional and very efficient. I would definitely recommend them as a letting agent.
24th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)I called on Friday to enquire about a viewing and the woman I spoke to couldn’t have been more rude. It was obvious that on that day the last thing she wanted to do was work. All she did was give me snappy responses and when she finally did mention I could go and see the house at 11:30am on Saturday, she then snapped again saying ‘well you need to complete the form I’ll send you really quick otherwise someone else will take your spot’ and then she proceeded to say that it will be a block viewing so I asked if it’s possible to perhaps arrange a private viewing as I wasn’t particularly keen on a block viewing and she hang up on me straight away?? If this is how your agents behave and speak to customers then I really wonder how you manage to sell or let anything. Wouldn’t recommend and I’d avoid any future property listings if I will see your name on it.

1st Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Having never gone through the process of selling a house, dealing with all at Edward Mellor and in particular, Natalie, it’s been a pleasure!! No question I’ve posed has been deemed silly and whenever I’ve needed to reach her, she’s been there explaining everything, dotting all the i’s and crossing all the t’s for me!!! In short, I was quite nervous and Natalie allayed all my fears and put my mind at ease in regards to things that needed to be done and guided me every step of the way!!! Thank you VERY MUCH Natalie and Team Edward Mellor!!! ??????????

This woman is a blessing to the company and deserves a pay rise with the way she was so compassionate and helped my dream and relieved me of so much stress to get a flat???? Thank you so so much Chelsea ??

17th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Excellent knowledge and professionalism putting you at ease as soon as you meet them. John Ashton valued our house and without a sale board put up I had three people interested immediately. I am dyslexic and had one or two hiccups with the solicitors, Alan Sutton put me at ease and helped me ensure everything was correct - from then on everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend this company enough I would definitely sell through them again . Not only do they have realistic , knowledgeable information on the area but respond quickly to any enquiry. An efficient ?extremely kind team who made me feel so was the n safe hands . 21st Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)The team were very pleasant to work with but some points for improvement include: 1. The initial valuation was quite far off what the property ended up selling for. This was because it was based on sold prices in the local area of quite different houses. 2. The opening photo for our property on Rightmove had 9 bins in it - it would’ve been a good idea to move them/ask for them to be moved before the photos were taken. 3. An agent was sent to do a viewing on her last day in the job and told the viewer this and didn’t seem motivated to sell the property.
3rd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I think Ryan and Baker Estate Agents ive been a tenant for 10year and when I've told them about repairs ,I've waited a week before someone come out and the jobs what needs doing now are the same one 5years ago I've ended up doing some of them myself and I've improved this Property because they say that the landlord won't give him the funds to do it.
19th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)Everyone at the Estate Agency have been very helpful and informative. They have guided me through the process and have explained each step. They set my expectations at the beginning, which was good. The process has been a smooth one. They fitted in visits around my shifts. I liked the fact that the viewings were done on one day without me being there (great when you live with a toddler) They have always been prompt in replying to any messages. They have made this part as stress free as possible for me.
31st Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Boiler broke down on Christmas day, contacted Judge properties to see if the can help.. Shoaib went above and beyond to find a gas engineer who could visit us and help repair... It wasn't easy to find someone on a Christmas day yet he managed to find one. Engineer determined that the boiler needs to be replaced and cannot be repaired. Shoaib, promptly sorted everything and got the boiler repaired... Very cordial and empathetic throughout... Awesome Service, Excellent ..
