17th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)We experienced an 8 week delay in getting our property live on site and once it was live the description was incorrect and very brief. We received very minimal communication throughout the 16 weeks and no updates provided without prompting from our side. We received no interest or viewings on our property and received no guidance or advice on how we could potentially improve this. Would not recommend for city centre properties or anyone trying to sell their property with a quick turnaround.

Thank you Philip James Manchester!- 17th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I sold my place through Richard, Millie and the rest of the team at Bridgefords, Withington and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I’m based in London, so I was worried about it being stressful, but thanks to their great communication and supportive attitude, everything went without a hitch. I’m now sitting in my new flat in London, bought with the proceeds of my sale (and then some…) and this would not have been possible without the team handling everything up North with great efficiency. Huge thanks, and bravo!
10th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I was told I could not view the flat unless I first spoke with their mortgage broker. This appears to be conditional selling, which is not appropriate practice. Disappointing experience with the agent.

After a really difficult experience with a previous agency, I was quite nervous about starting a new tenancy. However, Home completely exceeded my expectations. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always friendly, incredibly helpful, and quick to respond whenever I needed support. She made the entire process, from moving in to moving out (and everything in between), completely stress-free. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent through Home again. Shanrawi Qader, the representative from the agency on site, was very professional and helpful and provided us with all needed information.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

2nd Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)MCR move have been very professional through the first half of our tenancy. Repair requests are easy to make and are carried out as soon as possible. We recently had our furniture replaced as the landlord wanted a fresh appearance and the process was very smooth and easy for us as tennants

Georgia chased solicitors and gave regular updates on sales progression. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Will always recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell a property.

20th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
