16th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)As the director of the block, I can honestly say that appointing Heathgate Block Management to take over the management of our large private development in NW3 was one of the best decisions we have made. After years of poor management, lack of communication, and residents feeling ignored, Viv and Shabz came in and completely turned things around. From the outset, they delivered on every promise they made. Communication is now clear and consistent, issues are dealt with promptly, and there is finally a sense that the development is being professionally and proactively managed. Residents who were previously frustrated and unhappy now feel listened to, looked after, and confident that the block is in safe hands. What has impressed us most is their ability to improve the quality of service while also achieving substantial savings on the service charge. It is rare to find managing agents who can both raise standards and reduce costs, but Heathgate have managed to do exactly that. The difference throughout the development has been remarkable. The block is now well run, organised, and under control, and the overall atmosphere amongst residents has improved significantly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heathgate Block Management to any development looking for a reliable, professional, and effective managing agent.

3rd Aug 2026 (8 days ago)I bought my property through Jordan Fishwick back in March, and although Leah wasn't technically my estate agent, she was one of the biggest reasons the purchase made it over the finish line.<br><br>It wasn't the most straightforward transaction, but Leah always made time for me. She was honest, transparent, and kept me updated throughout. She chased the right people at the right time and wasn't afraid to apply pressure when things stalled. In all honesty, she did more to move the purchase forward than my solicitors did.<br><br>Buying a home is stressful enough, but having someone who genuinely cares and takes ownership makes all the difference. Leah made the whole process feel far more manageable.<br><br>The rest of the team were just as friendly, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping people find the right home.<br><br>When the time comes to sell, there is no question who I'll be calling. I'll definitely want Leah on my team.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jordan Fishwick to anyone looking to buy a home.

30th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)I cannot recommend Sue and the team at LRG/Leaders highly enough.<br><br>My purchase wasn’t straightforward, with delays outside anyone’s control, but throughout the entire process Sue kept me updated, responded promptly to my emails, and was always reassuring, kind, professional and incredibly patient.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed about what was happening.<br><br>Massive thanks to Sue and the team for all of your hard work in helping me purchase my first home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone buying or selling a property.

19th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I take no satisfaction in saying this is a very unprofessional disorganised outfit. I let my house out through them and initially seemed ok but soon turned out to be a nightmare. Phone calls and emails are very rarely returned or answered, the guy dealing with my house…Sam is off on a Monday so everything is put on hold until he returns and he remembers to get back to you. Payments frequently late without any reason or explanation and to top it all when tenants were moving out after having given notice they left it until a month before to re advertise it which resulted in my property standing empty for 6 weeks. I’ve since changed to a much more professional firm with whom I’m very happy. In the last two weeks I’ve sent an email and spoken to someone on the phone as i needed a tax statement for the year….you won’t be surprised to discover there’s nothing been forthcoming. Avoid like the plague.
28th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)Through out the year, general expectations of a letting agency were met. However, due to a couple instances, this rules out a good review.<br><br>One - they lied about attending a property when a fire risk was present, protecting their maintenance crew rather than admitting fault on their behalf. This was extremely concerning as all of our belongings including the house could have been destroyed!<br><br>Two - at the end of the tenancy, they charged their flat rate of £50 for a mattress clean for a tiny (1inchx1inch) brown mark, when the mattress was already measured by their own metric as ‘7’ meaning ‘minor marks or minor signs of wear and tear’. Then lied about the proceedings of the deposit return - stating that they would take all of the deposit if they did not accept our counter offer after three attempts via a 3rd party, causing our lead tenant to send a lower offer of £25, worried that they would take the whole deposit. However, this was a lie and this is not how the 3rd party operated, but it was too late to retrieve the offer once it has been accepted.<br>Additionally a mattress clean costs £50 or it doesn’t, the fact they even took our lower offer of £25 reveals they were just out for a quick cash grab, disgusting<br><br>All in all, MCR Move has a track record of a lying, do not go with them! Plenty of better agencies out there!

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. Ryan has been excellent with communication and listening to my requirements and has delivered them brilliantly. Best agent I have worked with.

He managed to get me to move in and worked his absolute hardest for me to be able to move in when I needed to. Absolutely fantastic service and consider anyone else that he isn’t taking care of lucky! Genuinely one of the best services I have received. Thank you for making my process less stressful and helping so much!!<br><br>Had a viewing with Harris today and he was extremely helpful! Answered all my questions and was able to help me decide on the apartment that I wanted. Made the viewing fun as well so made me more interested in renting with X1!! Overall great experience<br><br>Had a viewing with Alana, she was fantastic!! Was able to answer all my questions and was extremely professional and patient with me when answering all my questions. 100% recommend !

17th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
