12th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)Been trying to get a hold of them for a viewing for a last few weeks and no one is picking up. Previously called them for another house and they actually picked up but the viewing times were very limited.

6th Jun 2025 (6 days ago)No confirmation of vewing, floorplan not put with photos until I asked Felt rushed to accept first offer £10000 under asking price At one vewing three men came to veiw I am over 60 years old and a widow felt this uncomfortable

29th May 2025 (14 days ago)The property we viewed was exceptinonal but apart from two parking spaces at the property there was nowhere was visistors to park. There are no pavements and the roads are very narrow. Very disppointed. No mention of this is this in the desription of the property

4th Jun 2025 (8 days ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!- This agent doesn't have any reviews

So far he has provided a great efficient service and given us peace of mind…… selling a house when you live so far away is a daunting prospect! He has dealt with prospective buyers on our behalf in a very efficient manner and we are pleased to say that it looks as if we have a buyer within quite a short time of the house going on the market.
