We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

11th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We would 100% recommend using West Riding to buy or sell in Saddleworth. Our agent Gabrielle was AMAZING throughout the whole process and always kept us in the loop. When our first buyers pulled out a few days before exchange she was calm and measured, put the house back on the market in 24-hours and sold it again within a week. And when solicitors were being difficult and non-communicative (a common problem nowadays) Gabrielle always kept the lines of communication open. We’ve used other agents in the area who were frankly hopeless, so it was such a relief to use West Riding.
