4th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)We have recently sold our property through Clive Anthony and was extremely impressed from our first contact with Clive to all later contact with staff within the office and those completing viewings. We accepted an offer within two weeks and although the process took longer than expected this was not due to fault by Clive Anthony rather complications within the chain. Annette and the team could not have been more helpful throughout this process and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Annette for all your help.

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Waste your time letting you view properties they will not rent to you if you receive housing benefit. Instead of pretending to not discriminate , just be upfront and deny a viewing . Also was told properties went to other viewers and they are both still advertised 2 months later . Since you have replied I'd like to add you stated in emails that either id pay 1 year upfront or require a gurentour. I have no debts and a 914 credit report . You only accept benefits with either one of those conditions as you stated via email .

They were the only people who cared about my situation and wanted to help me during the property search phase. I have been communicating with them via email. They are also quick, responsive, professional and extremely helpful. I’ve been a tenant of this branch for many years, and they have always been on hand to help me with anything. However, after moving properties as of recent, I cannot express my gratitude enough for how they both went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and stress free move in process. Samantha is extremely knowledgeable and explained each part of the process clearly. She answered all of my many questions, and guided me through everything with patience and kindness. Lois’ responsiveness and efficiency has been so appreciated, she has dropped things to help me last minute and has just made what could have been a daunting process a lot easier for me. Both of these girls have made me feel comfortable and so so supported and their combined efforts, professionalism and genuine care has made my move so much more enjoyable. Guy couldn’t do enough to keep me updated, chasing the sellers and solicitors and always doing his absolute best to progress the purchase with such a positive and kind nature. 24th Jul 2024 (3 days ago)Initially instructed Cardwells to sell the flat however the photos taken were poor and we did not get much interest We decided to instruct Cardwells as the agent was very enthusiastic and likeable- however our instincts were wrong and we had to change agents.
18th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)We recently used Moving Works for our house sale. We decided to go with them after seeing how much more effort they put into their customers house sale listings. Their presentation, photos/videos and detail are levels above the competition. It only got better as it went on. Our assigned agent Philippa was simply incredible from start to finish. She was so easy to get on with and when it came to the work, nothing was too much. She was proactive, responsive and knowledgeable about anything that we threw at her. 24 hours after our house was listed we got 7 viewings for the weekend and 24 hours after the viewings that Philippa did for us, we got 4 offers above asking price. The best decision we ever made with regards to our house, you really are in safe hands with Philippa and Moving Works. We highly recommend, 100% brilliant experience

I've had a couple of problems which have been sorted within hours by Andrew the lettings manager. Would highly recommend Belvoir. Very professional.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
30th May 2024 (8 weeks ago)Used Hills for quite a complex sale, came across various hurdles and quite a lot of what felt like dead ends. Taylor always remained calm and professional but added a nice touch of friendliness that made us feel we weren’t just “another sale”. Always taking my bajillion calls and answering my constant emails. Taylor made a difficult and at some points what felt like a never ending sale happen. I also liked the fact that Chris jumped in if Taylor was dealing with another client. Always fully briefed and knew our situation. Thank you both for finalising our sale and for keeping me sane! Highly recommend
