He was professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. His attention to detail and genuine care for both tenants and landlords really stood out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a seamless and stress-free rental process.

1st Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)Melissa berry were amazing. We decided to sell because we’d seen a house they were marketing. In the end we didn’t go with the house, but still sold. Shauna gave the the most accurate valuation. Normie had undervalued by £20k and the valuer was dismissive. We sold our house in 10 days for the correct valuation by Shauna. Geraldine and the rest of the office have been fantastic and I would 100% recommend.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
