As a new renter they were helpful in answering all my questions as quickly as possible (even if they seemed silly)! Frankie and Rachael have been excellent in communicating in a friendly and timely manner and I have always felt informed and updated throughout the renting journey. I would definitely recommend them!
1st Apr 2025 (11 weeks ago)Melissa berry were amazing. We decided to sell because we’d seen a house they were marketing. In the end we didn’t go with the house, but still sold. Shauna gave the the most accurate valuation. Normie had undervalued by £20k and the valuer was dismissive. We sold our house in 10 days for the correct valuation by Shauna. Geraldine and the rest of the office have been fantastic and I would 100% recommend.

I’ve never felt the need to leave a review before, but felt like I needed to here. Karen was brilliant. She managed the arranging of my viewings really promptly, was super clear with communication, and just had such a kind, thoughtful approach. She gave helpful info about the area, was honest about the practicalities, and made the whole thing feel easy. After I was accepted, she kept in touch and gave clear advice on what would happen next. Amanda picked things up with Karen still involved, after that and was equally fab – really consistent, kept me updated, and always quick to respond. Both were really easy to get hold of, always kept me in the loop, and just made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

The quality of the photos for the listing was superb and created immediate demand for viewings, which were all handled by the office team. WE were always given quick and relevant feedback. Everyone was conscientious' approachable and created a positive house sale experience. This company deserves their success. Many thanks to all of you.
10th Jun 2025 (7 days ago)Latchkey & Vault valued my property, although it was values less than other local agents, they had a clear and precise local knowledge, explaining their valuation methods and the marketing strategies. I decided to go ahead with them, they advertised my property, showed some buyers around, and had an offer on the property higher than the other agents valuations. the best part was the girl at the agency followed through the sale process with the solicitors and kept me informed. they were reasonably priced for the service they provided.
