3rd Apr 2024 (13 days ago)Purchased an office chair recently, came incomplete, missing the whole middle part that puts everything together (see photo). The description did not mention anything about it being incomplete, it just stated "LAZBOY OFFICE CHAIR". The photos did not indicate that there would be missing parts. Now I'm out £168 and pieces of a chair. Please be careful and don't bid to avoid dissapointment and financial burdens.
4th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Had a place in Rotherham town centre, dealing with Carly and Josh specifically at BRH. The moving out report had them trying to charge me for cleaning and damages that were there from the original time of moving in, even when the same damages were they from the day I moved in. Wouldn't recommend as they're job is to get the money from you, and have no further reasoning. From independent adjudication the moving out costs was more than halved than what flatfair and BRH had proposed.
1st Feb 2024 (11 weeks ago)Alison Whitelegg, was my point of contact from the beginning of the rental process through to completion. I found her to be very prompt, professional and polite. She was able to answer any questions I had regarding the property and kept me up to date at all times. I would strongly recommend Hunters Worsley to friends and relatives in the future.

5th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

4th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)We have recently sold our property through Clive Anthony and was extremely impressed from our first contact with Clive to all later contact with staff within the office and those completing viewings. We accepted an offer within two weeks and although the process took longer than expected this was not due to fault by Clive Anthony rather complications within the chain. Annette and the team could not have been more helpful throughout this process and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Annette for all your help.

From my first appointment right up to handover of the keys, they explained everything well and helped guide me as to exactly what I needed to do; as a first time landlord, this was extremely helpful. They’re both a credit to the team and I can tell that they’re passionate about their job. Even though I am managing the property myself, I know they will support me in the appropriate capacity. Thanks to you both :)

Recommended!- 4th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)This review is specifically for Christabel Hill, Property Relationship Manager at this branch. I deal with Christabel regularly as a tenant in long residence at one of the Thornley Properties. Dealing with admin relating to tenancy, which at the end of the day is a “home” is never an easy thing to do, it’s incredibly anxiety inducing and also daunting. Effectively Christabel is the go between of communication between myself and the landlord. I’m in a very personal situation of ill health at the moment, and Christabel has been nothing short of a diamond asset. In 20 years of dealing with letting agents, some are intrusive, rude and treat you as a commodity . Christabel is the first and leading lady who has been kind, personal and approachable, and I feel comfortable communicating with her all my personal circumstance and business. She’s efficient and quick moving. I would like this to wholeheartedly be recognised by management especially with my case individually. I’m willing for somebody to contact me should they require further endorsement of Christabel’s positive impact on my tenancy. I wish her all the best ongoing.
21st Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)The team were very pleasant to work with but some points for improvement include: 1. The initial valuation was quite far off what the property ended up selling for. This was because it was based on sold prices in the local area of quite different houses. 2. The opening photo for our property on Rightmove had 9 bins in it - it would’ve been a good idea to move them/ask for them to be moved before the photos were taken. 3. An agent was sent to do a viewing on her last day in the job and told the viewer this and didn’t seem motivated to sell the property.
20th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)I had my house up for sale months with another estate agent who I have to say came recommended and they did nothing so I decided to change to sell well . It was the best decision I could have ever made . They were superb from start to finish and my house sold in no time . Its amazing how much difference the wording and pictures made in our advert . They were definately more efficient and I was kept informed of things right until completion . I can't praise them enough and I highly recommend them. Thanks for all your help guys .

They've been absolutely Amazing and kept us updated as much as they could, we're first time buyers and everything went super smooth, Zoe was absolutely fabulous and replied to emails almost instantly, cooke and company allowed us to view the property multiple times to get measurements and check different things within the house. I would 100 percent recommend them. ????
28th Mar 2024 (19 days ago)when you call to arrange a viewing, this estate agency has a tendency to say they are busy dealing with the vendor and they will call you back to arrange a viewing for you, and then you heard nothing, when you call back the other day, they said they have put you on the waiting list, and therefore you miss out the opportunity to view a property. this had happened to me twice, even their advertisement or video is just out and you call to arrange a viewing. when you explained to them about the situation, they will just say it's fully booked and ask you to xxxx off. next time when you hear they will call you back, do not trust that. arrange the viewing immediately or you will miss out the opportunity again.
26th Feb 2024 (7 weeks ago)Rudest staff, no communication within the office, so unhelpful, avoid avoid avoid Called to book a viewing and was told ‘shes not here so I can’t book it’ I asked ‘when will she be back please’ the women on the phone replied ‘well I don’t know because she’s not here to ask is she’ I let this go and called back a few days later to book the viewing. Got booked in and was sent an application form. Of course I filled out the form. I was then sent a very rude email stating the application would be sent after a viewing, fine, went to the viewing where there were 4 other people viewing at the same time, the estate agent was exceptionally overstretched to the point it came across rude. Having to keep turning her back during conversations, left alone to walk round without any knowledge of the property given and no chance to ask questions and then had to openly discuss finances infront of all the other people viewing. I was told I would be called later that day to state if my application would still be sent off due to it being sent in too early. I was not called, waited until the following day and received an email asking if I wanted to view the property. I replied to the email to find my email had been added to a block list!!!! Absolutely appalling customer service, rude staff, so glad I realised this before committing to a property with them!!!

8th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Let Property have just sold my flat in Paisley, much more quickly than I would have expected. They took only 11 days to agree a sale from the best of the offers and as it was a cash buy everything was very straightforward after that, allowing me to beat the tax deadline which I wasn’t expecting at all. All in all very impressed with the attention that I received and the overall experience that I had. I am selling my portfolio off bit by bit just now and will be in touch later this year to use their services again. I would absolutely recommend them without any hesitation to anyone selling a tenanted property.
