As a first time renter it can be quite overwhelming putting your home up for rent especially when you’re then moving overseas! They both have made the process totally seamless and made me feel at ease straight away. She will go the extra mile to get answers to any questions you have as quickly as possible and she was a huge support in the final months leading up to completion. We had a long process in purchasing the property due to the legal aspect, but Claire kept us updated each week which was so reassuring and also helped us stay sane !!! No sales pitch, just a very honest opinion of what he thought my house was worth which is exactly what we got. The real star however was Beth. I love Beth, she was brilliant and every time I rang stressed she just talked me through it and said it would be fine which it was.
