5th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

You could always depend on them to put your mind at ease if you had any questions . There professionalism was second to none .

I was not happy with any aspect of their customer service! _______________________________________________________________________ Comprehensive feedback was left for the agency after my tenancy. The managing director acknowledged, saying 'it has been duly noted', but did not respond to any of the points I raised. Since you are implying you would like me to go through the official complaints process, perhaps you could post a link below to the code of conduct?! —————————————————————————————————-
26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

So pleased with everything??????- 1st Jun 2022 (3 years ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.
28th Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)Worst agency ever… they agreed for a 2 deposit payment plus 1 month rent … plus I have paid £270 agency fee… they have ask me to proved all my personal information, the next couple of days they told me that they couldn't accept. Scammers !
10th Apr 2025 (10 weeks ago)Where do I start! I have never sold a house before and was really very unsure. I approached Hunters and right from day one the team were amazing and full of knowledge. My house sold in approx 48 hours and i was over the moon! We did hit hurdles along the way more than once but Nicole is amazing she knows exactly what to do in every single situation. From start to finish Nicole has been my absolute rock and font of knowledge. Communication has been amazing (friday round up haha) I can not thank you enough Nicole. I have already recommended Hunters to friends and they all say the same. Definitely sell with Hunters Middleton!

26th Aug 2021 (3 years ago)As a landlord I would say you should avoid dealing with Taylor Jackson. They were dire at best. Totally incompetent as letting agents. Problems we had: The tenants rent was agreed but he never paid the full amount. They falsified a Tenancy agreement, we only found this out when we sold the property. They did not inspect the property. They held onto money the tenant did pay, we only found out by accident that the Tenant had paid, I am fairly sure had we not found out they would never have paid and their accounting system is dreadful. They had work carried out for us and we did not get any invoices just a charge. The tenant owed 18 months rent in the end so we sold the property. Good riddance Taylor Jackson!

4th Jun 2025 (12 days ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!
