They were confident in the service they were providing and I felt throughout that they were giving me an accurate appraisal rather than saying what they thought I wanted to hear. They were always on time, responded quickly and helpfully to communications from me- including altering times at short notice to suit me. The viewing process was well managed. The whole team made the whole process surprise-free and painless.

This was the first time we had sold a house and it felt daunting and overwhelming at tomes, however John constantly reassured us about the situation and took the stress away, John and his team are amazing to deal with and I would recommend anybody who is thinking of selling up or purchasing a new home to use wild & Griffiths. There is a reason why they get some many great reviews. Thank you John for all your help and support.

You could always depend on them to put your mind at ease if you had any questions . There professionalism was second to none .

It’s rare to find someone in property management who actually listens and cares, but Bradley really goes above and beyond to make things smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate all the help he’s provided — brilliant service, always reliable, and honestly one of the reasons my experience with the property has been so positive.
