23rd Apr 2024 (1 year ago)During my recent search for a new flat, Aiicja has been absolutely helpful, and of great assistance, from day one, in every property she has organized a viewing for me. Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. Thank you, Alicja, for everything you've done for me! Wish you all the best!
10th Jun 2025 (2 days ago)BEWARE - This is a scam agency. They take deposit money from people showing fake properties and you will never see the money again. I was the guarantor for my family friends who were messed around for the last 2 weeks with the promise of handing over the key. This never happened and they refuse to return the refund. I was initially dealing with Bhavna then passed on to Justin who laughed at me and said my name is not on the Guarantor form so he cant talk to me, so no refund. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THIS ESTATE AGENCY We will be escalating this further and do what ever it takes to bring down fake estate agents like Belvoir Leicester.

23rd May 2025 (20 days ago)We are currently involved with a deposite dispute through countrywide. They're in the landlords back pocket. Peter Cleaver told me, that id misunderstood a SAR request and couldn't put one in to access my own information. Even though I have done and it's been completed so a scare tactic to try and settle the matter quickly. Told me I should agree to the landlords side so it can be done "and he can work on other things" Clearly not interested in being fair between landlords and tenants. Will be taking matters further

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Hilton House 71-73 Chapel Street, Salford, Greater Manchester, M3 5BZ(75 reviews)19th May 2025 (24 days ago)I walked in off the street to enquire about the properties displayed in the window and was met with abrupt, condescending staff who made it clear, in no uncertain terms, that these were ‘investment-only’ or ‘buy-to-let’ properties, not available to live in. Not a single notice in the window made this clear. The lack of transparency is misleading at best, and the dismissive attitude of the staff made it worse. An arrogant, unprofessional setup that clearly isn’t interested in genuine enquiries.
