Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 3rd Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)DON’T USE FOR LETTINGS - CHECKS NOT CARRIED OUT I’ve recently purchased a property via care4 which they had managed as a letting property through a previous owner. Upon purchasing I’ve complained about 20 bin bags of old goods being left in my loft. They have obviously not checked that the tenants removed everything from the property on behalf of the last owner/landlord and this I why I would not use them and advise others to avoid doing so. Their poor checks have resulted in £££ expense and time on my part. I appreciate these things can happen and offered for them to resolve for me and not receive this review. I’ve not heard from them.

Dave has been very friendly and helpful from the point of valuing my property through to putting it on the market, and Sue has always responded quickly to any queries I’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

29th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Ryder & Dutton were excellent with the sale of my property. All staff were fantastic. Lewis was very good advising on the valuation and marketing aspects. Lindsey was very proactive with the sales negotiation and Carmel was great keeping me up to date on sale progression up until completion, making sure things were moving along nicely.
23rd Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)The team at Kirkham's, with special mention of Jacob, Billy and Hannah in particular, went out of their way to make the successful sale of our house as smooth and easy as it could have been. We were very happy with the way the house was presented and that resulted in viewings and offers. Throughout the process the team provided clear and timely communication and were always friendly and helpful. They also had good open lines of communication with the solicitors and the buyer so I had confidence that information was being shared as needed. All in all a good experience!

31st Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)First of all, when they got deposit money they never ring you back .they just making money on the holding fee for your reference check. They waste your time ,money and just give you headache. If there's is option of giving zero 0 star rating I would give that. Ridiculous people working over there they never rcv ur call. And after holding money they still viewing that property to other people. Scammers just making haram money.
4th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)The sales team at leaders have been absolutely outstanding, professional, understanding and courteous at every point in the process. Selling a house is one of the most stressful things you can do, but Leaders have made the process so much easier for me

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

The team (Emma, Sophie, Kelly and Ian) at the property place are extremely professional efficient and well mannered. I would highly recommend the property place to any of my colleagues and friends.
