23rd Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)During my recent search for a new flat, Aiicja has been absolutely helpful, and of great assistance, from day one, in every property she has organized a viewing for me. Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. Thank you, Alicja, for everything you've done for me! Wish you all the best!
18th Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)One of the worst companies - a young lady came to present viewing of the flat, what she did was only to open the doors. That's it. She didn't know anything about the flat. She even didn't know information from the advert, was not polite and was defensive on any question. Even if you put application form for the flat, the agency does not send you any confirmation, a few weeks without any feedback from the company - very poor quality

14th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Contacted within 24 hours of an enquiry about a property for sale even though it had just gone under offer, I was given a video tour to see if I wanted to make an offer too. Great friendly service and advice from Esther so far impressed in comparison with some other estate agents. Who are apparently “good” in Manchester. This company is excellent ????.

I've had a couple of problems which have been sorted within hours by Andrew the lettings manager. Would highly recommend Belvoir. Very professional.

18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)We have a property that is fully managed by Leaders. Since Feb we requested for a mid term inspection report as the current tenancy ends in Aug. It is now June and we still have no response from them whether the inspection is done or not despite numerous emails and calls. Time and time again Leaders have failed us. Every time I am the one having to contact Leaders so they can give an update. At no point have they even attempted to notify us the status. When we do get hold of someone, for some reason unexplained, we randomly get assigned with a different property managers who none have a clue what is happening. The lack of organisation and communication is really poor, one minute they say the inspection has been scheduled, next minute they say it has not been booked cos the property manager has been off ill! Lots of broken promises! Wonder what excuse they will come up with next time!
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)A huge shout out and thank you to Melanie and Niall at Lifestyle Sales and Lettings who have just helped us to sell our office building in Bury. They were so hands on, helpful, proactive and kept us fully informed of interest levels and viewings. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done. We had previously put the sale in the hands of a larger estate agent! The service was nowhere near the same level and nothing materialised. If you want an estate who cares, and is actually working for you proactively – then you need to get in touch with the team at Lifestyle. Gill & Eric Arnott

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)First off, good experience overall and I'd have happily posted 4.5 if Google had allowed it. For speed and attention, we’re glad we chose to use an independent agent rather than a national one. We’d consider using them again in future. Service used: just the tenancy find What they did well: James said at the first meeting that he was confident they could find a tenant within 1.5 weeks. And they did! 10 out of 10 for the most important marker. Also, the 3D filming/photo/ad were all done within 2 days. Top efficiency. Poppy then followed up on most of the rest and was always quick to respond and to the point. Where they could improve: As it was our first time using an agent / using their online system, they would do well in perhaps explaining a bit more about the process / system, what we needed to do, etc..
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
