30th Jun 2021 (2 years ago)Initially I was really happy with the service the Lettings team provided, well actually, just Tony. I negotiated a reduced price for finding tenants thou what I wasnt told at this point is this would result in a very poor after sales service. The final tenant moved in a month ago and I am still waiting for the meter readings for four apartments plus some unsigned documentation, now waiting for a copy of thier complaints procedure. My advice....AVOID if you want a complete professional service.
1st Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Alison Whitelegg, was my point of contact from the beginning of the rental process through to completion. I found her to be very prompt, professional and polite. She was able to answer any questions I had regarding the property and kept me up to date at all times. I would strongly recommend Hunters Worsley to friends and relatives in the future.

7th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I was impressed by their knowledge of property prices in the area, leading to a realistic valuation and quick sale. The property was marketed overnight. We had a number of buyers in the first week, several of which made offers. They kept me in touch at all times and were very friendly and helpful on the phone. The sale went through very smoothly.

5th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)I used this agent to manage my apartment. The property was damaged due to no inspection taken. Tracing compensation by email no reply. Call on the phone but keep saying waiting DPS reply month after month. They don't reply in writing to leave proof.

Supplied invaluable information and help when dealing with the stress of moving house. Cannot thank him enough for ensuring the sale/move went through successfully.

Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.
4th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)This review is specifically for Christabel Hill, Property Relationship Manager at this branch. I deal with Christabel regularly as a tenant in long residence at one of the Thornley Properties. Dealing with admin relating to tenancy, which at the end of the day is a “home” is never an easy thing to do, it’s incredibly anxiety inducing and also daunting. Effectively Christabel is the go between of communication between myself and the landlord. I’m in a very personal situation of ill health at the moment, and Christabel has been nothing short of a diamond asset. In 20 years of dealing with letting agents, some are intrusive, rude and treat you as a commodity . Christabel is the first and leading lady who has been kind, personal and approachable, and I feel comfortable communicating with her all my personal circumstance and business. She’s efficient and quick moving. I would like this to wholeheartedly be recognised by management especially with my case individually. I’m willing for somebody to contact me should they require further endorsement of Christabel’s positive impact on my tenancy. I wish her all the best ongoing.
22nd Jan 2021 (3 years ago)We were buying a house and this did not go as smoothly as it possibly could have, although this was nothing to do with Oliver James. Ella was my point of contact and she was absolutely fabulous. She was either on hand to take my call or if she was out of the office Sally would be there to assist who was always equally as helpful. The sale did get a bit stressful and Ella always went above and beyond to chase the other parties for updates and answers to my questions. I cannot thank her enough - without her I don't think the sale would have gone through. When we went to pick the keys up I was handed a welcome pack which was such a lovely gesture and very much appreciated. This simple touch is both practical and very useful. I can't thank Oliver James' team enough - they are amazing!
