21st May 2026 (22 days ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".
10th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Avoid Hills Estate Agency at All Costs!! I have spent the past year being over-promised and massively under-delivered by Hills. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster. There has been a complete failure in communication from start to finish. I was repeatedly given “estimated completion dates” that never materialised, followed by weeks even over a month of no contact whatsoever. Because of their poor advice, I am now over £2,000 out of pocket. The unprofessionalism is staggering. Staff openly discussed the seller’s personal finances, telling me the seller “had no money” and describing them as “an absolute nightmare customer.” Imagine paying Hills thousands of pounds to sell your property, only for them to bad-mouth you to the buyer. Completely unacceptable. Given this behaviour, it’s no surprise there are so many negative reviews online. I submitted a formal complaint and received a response from Charlotte today no empathy, no apology. If this is how a director behaves, it’s clear why the rest of the staff follow suit. If you value your time, your money and your sanity, avoid Hills like the plague!! Useless!!

8th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)The staff at reeds rain were very informative, specifically Courtney who we spoke with for a large portion of the process. She had the answer to all questions we had, she kept us updated on the process of the application and was very polite and lovely to talk to in general.

28th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)Overall a mixed bag of opinions, chris himself who does the show rounds is lovely but buying your first home is a bit of a minefield to say the least, We had two failed property's with them. 1st property where the seller pulled out because we wouldn't pay 3.6k towards HIS defective lease this went on for a few months and resulted on us missing the deadline of our tenancy end in our current property. The estate agents was not considerate of the situation & didn't offer anything else within our criteria and just went about their day knowing we'd still be open to further properties as we were staying in air bnb's and hotels at the time. They just re listed the property as "newly" on the market when in fact it had been listed for the best part of 6-8 months prior. The second property we went to attend a viewing in which they hadn't pencilled in and we had to call whilst being stood outside for 15 minutes. to which we was told we never confirmed even though we had written confirmation of both ourselves and themselves agreeing a time etc, We was then rushed during this viewing because they'd double booked. We went onto register interest in another property and just never received a follow up. We shown interest in this property more than once left vm's and emails. If you're thinking about selling i would not use them as they don't care about you at all & have probably scared many other potential buyers off as well. After a whole year we managed to find a house with another estate agents stress free, This house did not come with free mould, soiled floorboards, leaking roofs, Landlord special cover ups & the area was not mis sold as a nice area when in fact it gave shameless a good run for its money.

Dewi Jones was able to put my property up for sale online within a week, and immediately we had multiple viewings. I got the price I wanted and it was a easy process as Dewi is professional and communicates regularly, he was always available to have a quick chat and keep me up to date.

They were always approachable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. The entire process was handled smoothly and efficiently, making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and well-managed. I would highly recommend Davies Harrison to anyone looking for trustworthy and knowledgeable property professionals. A truly five-star service!
17th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Dreadful agent (Andy Backhouse) that seems to struggle to sell properties even in the middle of a boom. Lacks professionalism and / or the basic ability to return calls or emails in less than a week. If you're thinking of selling your property, avoid these or at least this agent. There are plenty more competent, and proactive agents out there.

30th May 2026 (13 days ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.
