Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!
9th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently appointed Taylor Wood and their Sales team to sell a relative’s house. They were professional, responsive, genuinely helpful throughout our experience and nothing was too much trouble. They were knowledgeable about the local housing market, thorough in every step, and approachable—always willing to answer questions and explain things clearly. After working with them, we would have no hesitation in using them again, in fact we would not go anywhere else! Ten out of ten.
6th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)I started off selling my property with Purplebricks and had a terrible experience (the worst customer service I've experienced in my life), I ended up in a position where I had found my dream house and was on the edge of losing it due to the incompetence of Purplebricks. However, Sharon Prestwood and the team at Cousins stepped in and they were fantastic. In less than a week they had my house back on the market and I had 3 solid offers the first day it was on the market. They did absolutely amazing, and I really cannot thank them enough for all their hard work. I couldn't recommend them enough.
3rd Jun 2026 (9 days ago)Just sold our house using Sleigh and Son Solicitors in Denton and an excellent service was provided. Calls answered quickly and return calls made promptly. Not having sold a house in over 20 years the quantity of documentation was a surprise but Vicky, Paula and Rhea provided helpful notes and guidance when required. So Impressed with their service we are using them for our house purchase as well. Highly recommended.
10th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Update, the email address you have provided has been ccd inbto many emails including the formal complaint. No response!! Asked for my keys back in November, it now March and it's still be ignored along with all my requests!! I have a complaint open as a landlord with TG, after they failed to carry out any work I have asked then to organise and failed to report and repair issue that were reported to them. I have not heard from TG since December, no reply to emails, no answering phone calls. I have no idea what is happening to my property and have asked for the keys back which has been ignored. My complaint is now well passed their timeframe to response. Over a month ago I was told I would have a response to my complaint by 4pm that day. At 4pm I was emailed to ask what my complaint even was, as they couldnt find it. Iwill be reporting them for breach the contract. See less

22nd May 2026 (21 days ago)I would give this property management company zero stars if I could. Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. They ignored mine and my husbands emails for weeks, they never answered the phone, and somehow made every simple issue feel impossible to resolve. They took our deposit and then told us the landlord no longer wanted to give us the tenancy for no good reason. We had to wait 12 weeks for our deposit to be refunded. As soon as our tenancy contract was signed, their true colours showed. They were both rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested with our concerns. It honestly felt like once they had your money, they wanted nothing to do with you. Communication was awful, professionalism was nonexistent, and accountability was nowhere to be found. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you enjoy stress, disappointment, and wasting your time.

You could always depend on them to put your mind at ease if you had any questions . There professionalism was second to none .

28th May 2026 (15 days ago)Nothing but impressive. I had several options of estate agent to use when selling my property in May 26. An initial visit from Ryder and Dutton ( and others) left me with a clear choice of who i wanted to handle the sale. The initial visit by the branch Manager ( Matthew Clayton) was professional and filled me with confidence , equally recognising the realistic potential i could sell the property at. Further visits for viewing and photographs were all coordinated efficiently by Mitchell Cust , leaving me feeling i was in good hands. The proof was also in the pudding, as an offer was received the day after a bulk viewing was arranged. I would 110% recommend Ryder and Dutton if you want to sell your house quickly and with the assurances you have a great team handling the sale of your property . Thank you Matthew , Mitchell and the team for an outstanding service, also for selling my property within hours of the viewing.

28th May 2026 (15 days ago)Worst service and they are scammers. If you pay rent on time they wont fix anything and took my entire deposit. Had a balacony issue for 4 years and no one even came to fix it says the balacony door manufactorer is from another area

Sarah Connolly was my agent, and from the very beginning she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She quickly found a buyer with no chain, and the whole sale was completed in around six weeks. Natalie in the office was also fantastic to deal with. She kept me updated throughout the process and was always on hand to answer any questions. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything went through smoothly without any issues. The entire team made what could have been a stressful experience straightforward and hassle-free. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property.

31st May 2026 (12 days ago)The team at Bentley Hurst have been a pleasure to work with. I have been trying to sell my apartment, but due to tough economic environment the market is a little slow. However the selling side have been very proactive, with Joe, Tegan, Rebecca, and James all aiding the original sale. Then more recenlty Poppy and Olivia have been geting it ready to rent. Their enthusiasm comes across when talking to them or seeing them in their office. They have incredible communication skills, both verbally and in their emails. They are quick to respond and always willing to help. Their insight and guidance has been gratefully received

20th May 2026 (23 days ago)Sent out viewing request via right move on Friday for a rental property, filled out there form via email on Saturday (67 questions from) called on Monday and was told to fill out form, re filled form again was told someone will look through the application and get back to me to arrange a viewing,.rang back Tuesday, get told same and says they have received my form and someone will arrange viewing for next week, Wednesday property let already, they even said to me they can't do viewings because they haven't got the keys and they are trying to get access to the property so viewing would be next week, total waste of time and effort, what's the point of saying we will hold viewings next week and make ppl fill out silly forms with 67 questions, and then let agreed and don't update ppl who made a full application. Waste of time and space, if they are like this with just a rental query I don't want to know whats.it like being a tenant, may be it's good that I didn't get to view may be dodged a bullet here. Family run business my backside, total waste of space and lies throughout. Stay clear. Oh they make you fill out housing application form with the pretence that if you like it they can process applications quickly, that's without even getting to see the house yet, so you could fill out long form and make application, but if your lucky to see the house you may not like it but they have all your details already as you made a full application, just to see the house. You give them time and effort and they don't give nothing back, not even a call.or email to say property off the market,. Stay away from them.

Was a slightly awkward move process for us as we were moving from Ireland to Manchester but Grace was super helpful and accommodating when we had lots of questions. Right up until us collecting our keys the communication was great. Thank you to Megan as well who handled a few things for us, amazing team all around.
