5th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

I have recently decided to rent my house out through Cousins and having never done this before, Cousins were incredibly informative, supportive and trustworthy during this process. Cousins have been reliable and helped find the perfect Tennant for my home. I'd like to especially mention Miss Jessica Smith who has managed this for me and been truly outstanding and devoted throughout this ????????????

The photographs and virtual tour of the property were exceptional the best ones out there where comparing to other agents. For Sale sign up immediately and supported very well with sale negotiation. Estimated value of property spot on. Sold within one weekm

Company has been around since the nineties Lawrence is a past master knows the city knows the properties and has been there longer than any other so my respect is 109% Genuine honest approach easy talking and accurate pricing look nowhere else

9th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)My company purchased a property from Kirkham's last month and dealt with Jay Williams, Michelle Wriggly and other members of the team throughout. The whole process from start to finish was professional & seamless. The team were always there to help if needed and provided regular updates without the need for any prompting. My sale was agreed and completed within the month, as requested. We would have no hesitation using Kirkham's again in the future, in fact we look forward to it!

16th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)Saltsman and Co came up on an estate search as the best agent in the area. Have to say, I like the honest approach. My house was sold in two days. Very pleased with all the communication and support and encouragement.

14th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We were about 5 minutes late for a viewing because of the traffic when I managed to reach them on phone. I apologised and said we'd be there soon. They said the agent only waits 10 minutes, so they have to speak to him. After another 5 minutes they called me back and said the agent already left for another viewing. My wife was literally next to the house but as no-one was there,it was dark already and she didn't know which house it is without any lights. I told them it took us around 1.5 hours to get there with our 1yo baby and I don't think this is fair. We'd been still in the property even if we were on time. The agent finally came back and showed the house. He said he already changed his shoes as he was wearing a flip-flop because he went went home.

Void these cheats
25th Mar 2024 (22 days ago)Awful, unprofessional and incompetent. Jennie did not arrive for my viewing despite me having received a confirmation email. I didn't even receive the common courtesy of a phone call to tell me she couldn't make it. After ringing the office to let them know I received a phone call from her to apologise and let me know that she would send me a video tour of the apartment. When I asked when I could expect to receive this video I was told she wasn't sure and she would have to check her diary. This after completely wasting my time and efforts. Quite disgusting to be honest. No sense of urgency or respect. Needless to say I am yet to receive the video. I guess her diary was rather full. Either that or they are a pathetic, tin pan operation that are not fit to sell you a cardboard box, much less a house. They actually obstruct the sale of properties not encourage them. Avoid them wherever possible. I'm sure they will reply to this review and question my legitimacy and claims like they have done with other negative reviews (another great way to treat customers)

He also clearly advised me on the plan and the fees were fair and straight forward unlike other agents that quoted high fees . Everything went smoothly I would highly recommend. Poppy’s communication was great.

8th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Let Property have just sold my flat in Paisley, much more quickly than I would have expected. They took only 11 days to agree a sale from the best of the offers and as it was a cash buy everything was very straightforward after that, allowing me to beat the tax deadline which I wasn’t expecting at all. All in all very impressed with the attention that I received and the overall experience that I had. I am selling my portfolio off bit by bit just now and will be in touch later this year to use their services again. I would absolutely recommend them without any hesitation to anyone selling a tenanted property.
