6th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)Our experience with Mov8 was easy they kept us informed with viewing and communication was prompt. The only thing was their offices are in Edinburgh and Glasgow and we are in Carnoustie which was a little inconvenient if we needed to go to their office to sign things
14th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

22nd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)One of the best decisions I've ever made going for Igloo to sell my house. I had heard they were great, and they certainly did not disappoint. They sold my house in 6 days for more than I expected. Stress and worry weren't even a thing when it came to selling my house. The Agent Abby was unbelievably knowledgeable in the processes and she was just so reassuring on questions I had which kept me at total ease. Also any time i phoned and she was busy everyone else in the branch was so nice and helpful. Oh she also was very good at getting back to me. Love that! Big tick! I would highly recommend Igloo Hamitlon. Great experience! If there was a 6th star they would get it!

5th Sep 2023 (8 mo. ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.

Throughout the whole process Rhona and her team kept us informed of updates and worked diligently to advertise and sell our old home. We were kept informed regularly by the team and their down to earth, friendly and helpful manner made the whole process easier on us. We encountered a few unexpected challenges throughout the way at no fault to Residence and they were always available and on hand for helpful advice and support. Highly recommend and a fantastic addition to our local community in Strathaven.

They were on top of things at all times and ensured a smooth process with home report, viewings and offers. If I ever move home again I’d be happy to use them.

She was friendly, helpful, efficient, highly organised and always totally on top of the legal aspects of the purchase. Will definitely use Gebbie and Wilson for any future legal work.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

I was really impressed with Gary he called me at 8.30 in the morning after sending a valuation enquiry through the previous evening. Gary had been out conducted the valuation (I signed up there and then) before the other agents bothered to call. The marketing was superb and the proactive approach from Bohome secured a sale in 4 weeks with two offers to chose from. I cannot praise Gary & Sharon enough, if you want a proactive, hard working and above all caring agent then look no further.

I was a tennant with them for almost 5 years and from the outset the support and service they provided, at what was initially a difficult time, was amazing . The presentation and standard of the accommodation was impeccable. I have not had many dealings with residential companies however, I sincerely doubt you would not find a more friendly, comprehensive service with any other company. 100% recommended this team.
