3rd Aug 2021 (2 years ago)Selling homes has always been a stressful experience for me and this time was no different. But Anthony Pepe worked hard to get a number of viewings and once a sale was agreed kept the process moving and keeping me informed of progress.
11th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)We have used Statons for over 20 years concerning various property sales and rentals. Both myself and my husband have always found Statons staff ethos and work ethics honest and open. Our house was recently sold by Statons very quickly given its size and cost. Adam who handled our sale was very professional throughout. We would like to thank Adam for a smooth sale matching us with the right buyer and we would definitely recommend Statons services.
20th Sep 2019 (4 years ago)So many problems and issues with this agent, god knows why they are still trading . If you are a landlord, please avoid this agent at ALL COSTS if you are intending to let your property out. I have now moved my properties to another agent as Arlington estates had not paid me 3 months rent and in the end decided to move to another agent. Still, they have not given me the outstanding July rent ( its now September) and Amit, the owner is avoiding me. Don't know how to get the rent off this agent now? The tenants are also annoyed as well because they had paid the rent on time to Arlington and were surprised that Arlington have still not paid me. AVOID.

8th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)I was rented a place glad just for a year from them.i was signed contract with Mark , at beginning of signed contract I was charged extra cost for transferring money (£30 which should be mentioned at beginning) other wise I will be given them cash. At beginning me and my husband told that we looking for property to be managed by agency not by landlord. After when we move to the property I raised few issues which need to solved , andnothing happened. I've been left to deal with landlord by myself. As they don't deal with property. So they just trick me to signed the contract. At the end of my tenancy, I received a email from landlord regarding extra things which they was not included in my tenancy so I contract with agency. Mark was aware that landlord request my to do professional carpet cleaning at the end , so I ask him if he can show to me a paragraph from tenancy . He replied to me by email that I can do carpet steaming which is same things. So I decided to see him face to face at the branch. I got that feeling straight away that I'm not welcome , completely avoid the answer to my question, when another estate agent pop in to the branch simply he made me to leave. Just avoid this company , like other says in them reviews. I would give them - 5.

Quick responses and actions, really putting the client first. Christine was so professional and helpful and I am really thankful for all of her, and the MW teams, efforts in making our move stress free and with pace. Thankyou MW team, you really are head and shoulders above the rest!

I am very satisfied with the performance of Fullers and the entire transaction is very smooth even I have to arrange the matter via email communication with Fullers overseas. Fullers is a very reliable, trustworthy and responsive estates agent and is highly recommended.

Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!! Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully. As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings. Just want to say a huge thank you to you all!

13th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)We are super pleased with the service we have always received from Home Counties Estate Agents Ltd, especially with Richard with whom we have worked with now on several occasions. We first used Home Counties back in 2019 when we were purchasing our first home in Potters Bar. Richard kept us informed throughout the process, was always accommodating with multiple visits to the property, and supported us throughout the whole process. We recently engaged Richard again as we wanted our house re-valued under current market conditions. Again, Richard was extremely accommodating, visiting us at short notice, and promptly giving us a valuation. We have built trust in our relationship with Richard and Home Counties, who we feel are genuine and honest in their approach to helping their clients buy/sell homes. It can be a stressful process moving/selling, but having an experienced, well established, and honest team working for you is invaluable. They kept us updated at every step and seemed to have an excellent number of interested eople with 20 visitors in the first week. They turned a daunting process into something very straightforward and guided us every step of the way

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.
