9th Jun 2023 (11 mo. ago)My father’s house in N8 was sold quickly and efficiently while I was sitting in the sun, in my house in Italy! The staff, led by Christian, did everything for us without ever having met any of them! I had an initial phone call when I instructed Prickett & Ellis to take care of the sale, then, all communication, appointments etc… was done via emails! Excellent Agents, friendly, professional and helpful ! Would recommend without hesitation!

15th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)Only had a positive experience with Hane, everyone I’ve spoke to there about issues at my flat have been super helpful & communicative! People have been quick to reply and quick to sort out when repairs are needing done. Can only recommend!

12th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Worst company ever do not rent with these guys. Lee warr will come across really nice at the start of the tenancy. He will then turn out to be so rude. He's not what you think have had the worst experience ever.
1st Jul 2021 (2 years ago)We recently purchased a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill where Squires were acting for the sellers. I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.
15th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Very difficult to reach by phone or email. They lost the tenants rent several times. Now they have failed to pay back the deposit - 3 months after the tenants moved out! And unresponsive as ever to emails and complaints

16th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)Private Landlords – Pay attention. I have recently been unfortunate to have been a customer of Varosi Lettings as a landlord. I wish I read the reviews beforehand. I took a 2-year contract out with them to look after my property and pay rent for doing so. I had a few issues to say the least with regards to the clients they decided to house in my property. Regardless of any of these issues I was within my rights to request my keys back at the end of the 2-year contract. Within their contract it is stated they need 3 months, to the date, of the end of contract worth of notice. Not only did I email and receive confirmation by the owner Vasilis Mavrou, I also sent a Royal Mail tracked and signed letter which I also have the proof of receipt. Regardless of this information they were adamant that they did not accept the letter or email (to which they were not clear why it was not accepted). 2 days before the hand back date I spoke with Vasilis and he indicated there was absolutely no way I was getting my keys back within the contracted date agreed. I feel his ego was bruised as I wanted my keys back (again within contracted rights). As you can imagine I was very upset and confused. I spoke to my solicitor who proceeded to handle this for us. He also received vague emails from Vasilis himself regarding the contract that they may, or may not have with the local authorities and/or the client. 6 weeks later and a lot of stress and upset later, I finally received my keys back. The property was left in a state, filthy and still needed furniture to be removed. I accept wear and tear, but damage and uncleanliness is not acceptable. After speaking with Mario Neocleous, I also got confirmation a professional cleaning company had been in before the hand back. As you can see from the pictures taken, this is not the case. I am not sure why, as an agent they could not uphold the contract on their end and therefore have cost me as their customer not only a financial loss for solicitors and other expenses but also stress and a disregard for my rights as a landlord. Absolutely unprofessional and a rude organisation. Vasilis is not only rude and patronizing, but he feels a sense of authority as a high member of the Greek Cypriot community. A big shame, we call ourselves a hospitable and kind race. I feel this is lost with Varosi Lettings. I wonder how they would feel if they were treated with this manor. Mario, Petros, Hassan, Sandra and of course the main man Vasilis is who I dealt with over the 2 plus year period.
12th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)I have been with Knights since 2016 and have never had an issue with them, they have found me great tenants and managed my property well with no major issues. I have no complaints and won't be going anywhere for the foreseeable as I am more than happy with the service.

Recently I have been dealing with Cansu Yarik. She makes every effort to support and deal with any day to day issues that may arise with the tenants. She liaises and carries out instructions from myself as promptly as possible and in a professional manner. She has good communication skills and will feedback liaison with tenants and any relevant work undertaken. I appreciate the help and support Cansu offers to me as a Landlady.

We chose Bowden Bradley to sell our house in Hainault, as they were a locally based but forward-looking modern agency that offered a competitive no-sale no-fee pricing structure. We were immediately impressed with Robin's insightful market evaluation and emphasis on the importance of finding the right type of buyer as well as the best possible offer. At the time given the market conditions, without such guidance, it may well have taken us many more months to receive a good offer from reliable buyers. The quality of their photography and videography was great too and they were able to get us listed days after we signed with them. We'd also like to thank Emilea, who did a great job in helping progress the sale and keep all parties updated - without which we may not have been able to complete before Christmas!
