25th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I came back into the rental market after 7 years and felt a little trepidation about finding the right rental home and working with Estate Agents again. From the minute I contacted the team at Anthony Webb I could not have been looked after better. They organised a viewing of the flat I saw on Rightmove the next day and what really impressed me, is the interaction between the agent showing me the flat and the tenant who was there. They were clearly on great terms and both were happy to answer all the questions I had. I made the offer and it was accepted and I cannot speak highly enough of both the negotiating team and the contract team that have gone out of their way to look after me through the process. They have answered questions, alayed any fears, been happy to go back and forward to Landlord, promptly answered calls. It has been an absolutely outstanding service.

25th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I have recently let my flat out in North London with Hamptons and the process has been seamless thanks to Haiden Roeger - Senior Head of Lettings. She is exceptional at her job. Haiden's communication skills on all levels are outstanding and the professional yet friendly approach with which she operates is outstanding. Haiden takes the time to understand her clients' needs and delivers on this. She easily builds trust which made me feel fully supported throughout the entire process. Haiden has exceeded my high expectations and couldn't have impressed me more with the level of service and expertise she offers. If you are looking to let your property, I would not hesitate to recommend Haiden at Hamptons.

17th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Alessandra and Hanan were extremely helpful and professional throughout our apartment rental agreement. Despite several external delays that were outside of everyone’s control, Alessandra remained fully committed to supporting us in completing the agreement. She was proactive and consistently took action to help move the process forward including consistently chasing third party operators. Even when we faced external obstacles that could have slowed everything down, she did everything within her capacity to mobilise the necessary steps and accommodate our requests.<br><br>Hanan was equally diligent and supportive. She ensured that both the tenant’s and the landlord’s rights were protected and handled appropriately. She provided clear guidance on both minor and major matters and was consistently responsive, even at short notice.

I was a tenant in one of their properties many years ago and now constantly receive emails asking if I want to sell this property despite only being a tenant.

He was very helpful and nothing was ever to much trouble, he gave me good advice and information, He always kept me fully informed of what was going on, Esp, on what viewers were saying. Reyon was well-organized, and respectful throughout the entire process, He showed excellent communication skills and answered all of my questions? Reyon secured the best possible deal for me. I would highly recommend Tilson and Spencer when selling and buying.

They were great at managing everything throughout, very proactive and kept us regularly updated on progress. We also had great support from the wider team with Sapphire managing the final sale process and Emma helping arrange quotes and recommendations for works. Would really recommend the team for property sales in the Stoke Newington/Hackney area!

Viewings were handled nicely, The estate agent kept the chain together when things got tricky, The professionalism was just great, proactive, Calm under pressure, I needed help with documents and he was very willing to help me with these, which I was very grateful, I would use them again & suggest them to others. It was a lengthy and complex conveyance, and had it not been for Hiten's approach, it would have been a longer more stressful process. Hiten was professional, proactive and highly responsive. Even though clearly he was working in the sellers best interests, he dealt with all parties fairly and appropriately.
