First Class service on EVERY level. Efficent and helpful at every stage from initial contact to close of contact. They have a wealth of experience and knowledge and are quick to respond to queries. They engage with their individual clients to understand their needs thus making it easier to resolve any issues that may arise and offer straightforward solutions and advice. Special shout out to Zack, Angelo and Tunay (for assistance with licensing)
10th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Poor service - initial queries were ignored and and I was stood up once I’d finally arranged a viewing, as the agent hadn’t bothered to let me know that the let to the property was already agreed. Do not waste your time on them.
9th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Id like to give 5* ratings to one of fab homes maintenance team worker Anjay. Hes come out several times to my property for repairs and has always done outstanding works and leave the problem solved! Could not be any happier with having him come to sort out any issues ive had or may have in future. Also one of fab homes worker Ashleigh who I regularly contact regarding the property has always gone above and beyond in helping all my problems I've had in this property. Huge thanks to her. This is called people doing their job CORRECTLY.
11th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We were informed - after being told we had an offer accepted and paying a holding deposit - that the property we intended to rent had been given to someone else, seemingly because of shoddy communication on the part of View - who later claimed they had “found required documents we had sent in Spam”. Advertised terms were ignored and we were left having handed in our notice’s with a worrying search to find somewhere else quickly because of View’s incompetence. Would strongly advise against using.
26th Apr 2024 (6 days ago)Where do I begin ? Had a viewing booked for 1 pm today. I showed up and there was two other people to view the room the same time as me. The agent bumped the price by 100£ monthly without even explaining why, the availability initially proposed was one month away, it's magically changed to immediate availability. The agent called me later on the phone asking me to pay the holding deposit AND first month's rent without even knowing the period I want to stay or any basic details any normal agent would want to know. The other one star reviews are legit, I don't recommend these guys.

Each member has been courteous, helpful and professional, in particular Diana Mutafova has been exemplary in her dealings. She's always remained accessible, kept a cool head and maintained professionalism during very stressful and challenging instances. The service provided by this team to me has been faultless resulting in very good work in achieving a sale. Thank You.
19th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)You cannot get hold of anyone here - I've left voicemail messages, sent emails and used the contact us option on their website but to no avail. That was for both sales and purchase and it does not fill you with any confidence. I can only take it that this is a one man(person) band setup.
