3rd Aug 2021 (2 years ago)Selling homes has always been a stressful experience for me and this time was no different. But Anthony Pepe worked hard to get a number of viewings and once a sale was agreed kept the process moving and keeping me informed of progress.
2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Very bad service, lost tens thousands on tenant who did not pay them the rent, they did nothing had to chase constantly, very poor service by the male owner, not professional at all, they did not serve documents on bad tenants, lack of knowledge and would never use them or trust them. Had to get legal on them to gt anything. Aggressive owner and unprofessional disgusting behaviour.

7th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Nothing but problems with patrick notaro ,we agreed a fee then halfway through he added an extra £880 to the cost saying he had made a mistake with the calculation , two weeks later he asked my husband out on a date ,we have been married 8 years totally bizarre.
4th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)They were great from the beginning and each and every one of the team involved was friendly, professional and acted with integrity. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

6th Oct 2020 (3 years ago)(Translated by Google) The last time I was there was Christmas Eve 2019, it was full of people, many were giving their last gifts and others were buying food for Christmas day. Besides the tourists who wanted to visit the shops, there were also many English people and it was hard to breathe how many people there were. Harrods is a place to visit in London, but only if you have already been and have nothing to visit, I would never recommend it as a stop on your first trip to London. The place is lovely, it is true, but it is also very expensive and always crowded so you don't have time to enjoy the true beauty of Harrods (Original) L'ultima volta che ci sono stata era la vigilia di Natale 2019, era pieno di gente, molti stavano facendo gli ultimi regali e altri compravano il cibo per il giorno di Natale. Oltre ai turisti che volevano visitare i negozi, c'erano anche molti inglesi e si faceva fatica a respirare da quanta gente c'era. Harrods è un luogo da visitare a Londra, ma solo se si è già stati e non si ha nulla da visitare, non lo consiglierei mai come tappa da fare nel primo viaggio a Londra. Il posto è incantevole, è vero, ma è anche molto costoso e sempre affollato quindi non si fa in tempo a gustarsi la bellezza vera di Harrods

13th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)We are super pleased with the service we have always received from Home Counties Estate Agents Ltd, especially with Richard with whom we have worked with now on several occasions. We first used Home Counties back in 2019 when we were purchasing our first home in Potters Bar. Richard kept us informed throughout the process, was always accommodating with multiple visits to the property, and supported us throughout the whole process. We recently engaged Richard again as we wanted our house re-valued under current market conditions. Again, Richard was extremely accommodating, visiting us at short notice, and promptly giving us a valuation. We have built trust in our relationship with Richard and Home Counties, who we feel are genuine and honest in their approach to helping their clients buy/sell homes. It can be a stressful process moving/selling, but having an experienced, well established, and honest team working for you is invaluable. We have, and will continue to recommend them to our friends & family as great estate agents. Thank you Richard and the team at Home Counties Estate Agents.

He was attentive, professional and knowledgeable and helped us in all things to do with our commercial lease. He assisted us in our rent review and other matters. Best service

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
