Cameron was our first point of contact and really helpful in getting our house listed quickly, and the whole team (Barney, Christian, Graca, Shaz) worked around our schedules to manage viewings. Unlike other agents we have worked with in the past, each BM agent was fully briefed on our house and able to offer a personalised tour and helpful insights to prospective buyers. Akill was very patient and helpful in securing our mortgage and handled the process seamlessly. Barrie was instrumental in working with solicitors and agents up and down the chain to ensure that we moved to exchange quickly; he really went above and beyond in keeping all parties regularly informed and managing any issues that came up, which meant that our stress was minimised and we felt very taken care of throughout the process. We could not be happier with BM and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell locally - we have tried other agents in the area, and BM are a class apart.

Nothing actually came of it, but I remember the experience well enough to mention it to Moshe when I met him. What I said was that I haven't often come across agents who were so friendly, honest and at the same time professional. Roundtree is lucky having Saul working with them !

25th Apr 2024 (4 days ago)Scammers/ silent thieves I don't recommend miHome for vendors / sellers. They work in favour of the buyer. Overall, from the experience after dealing with mi Home estate agent, I can say that they do not owe any duty of care to their vendors. Introducing buyer who never viewed the house before putting offer. undervalued the house and saying that the house build is not of good quality and would not worth more than the offer- pressure to exchange at the buyer convenience without waiting for the seller to be ready. Husain tried to get the seller to sign a declaration written by the buyer with a financial liability if sale fall through. Additionally, Mi- Hime response below is not true. The sold price was lower than the agreed price on the contract by £200000. We were not ready for the exchange and asked for extra time. Mi home put pressure to exchange on buyer convenient date. When we rejected, Husain emailed us untrue claim that if the buyer pull out from the sale it will be considered as indirect withdraw , which we never heard of or stipulated in the contract. I hope this explains that MI home is only after commission and satisfying buyer. How could they introduce a buyer who never seen the house before offer? Any vendor lists a house on the market, he needs to secure a buyer with the agreed price on contract. Mi Home brought the buyer and stated that the offered price is the right for the this house quality build. Sale price was far less than the agreed price which was based on comparable and recent sale. What is more important than the price is the integrity and due care of client which Mi home failed to meet: 1- pressure the exchange date, against the UK law. 2- attempting to have a declaration from the seller with financial liability to be paid to the buyer if sale fall through. This is against UK law. The declaration worked on by the agency and buyer!!!!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family.
