21st Jan 2025 (25 weeks ago)We used Soroush from Miles estate agents. He was very knowledgeable and understood the local market quite well so we took his advice and sold our leasehold flat for exactly what he predicted. The flat was not occupied and we were relieved that Miles can take over and be in charge of all viewings etc.
2nd Jul 2025 (10 days ago)If you fall into a protected characteristic such as age don’t bother with these agents. They will discriminate against your position and not even allow you to view a property and make an offer for the landlords consideration. As for landlords. My advice would be to choose an agent who will offer your property to all interested parties to ensure you get the best offer possible. If they have an offer they know they can convince you to accept but they could get you a better offer all they need to do is step out the office again and conduct another viewing, trust me, they won’t. You’ll be left at their mercy and they will NOT do everything in their power to fulfil their duties and get you the best possible offer.

They made securing my new rental really straightforward. It can be stressful finding a place to rent, but they made it smooth and hassle-free. Abdul, Reece and the team are very helpful, quick to respond on email and have the interest of the tenant and landlord at heart. I recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area!

13th Jun 2025 (29 days ago)We were relocating from SW London to Whetstone, and Hamptons were marvellous throughout: Dedicated, caring, thorough, practical and focused, everything you could want in a buyer's estate agent. Mark, our main agent, was brilliant: Caring, witty, insightful, and supportively proactive at all the key moments. One felt he "got" us and that was so important. He has the personal touch, and this makes all the difference during a big, sensitive move. Nothing seemed too much for him, and he'd always go the extra mile. The other staff members who assisted at Hamptons were always terrific. It's a very friendly office they have, here in Whetstone, and that can really make all the difference when going through a big move. Heartfelt thanks to Hamptons!

25th Jun 2025 (17 days ago)Trustworthy and efficient, friendly service from start to finish! Appointed Ewemove North Finchley to sell my parents residence. In an extremely competitive high street we went with Ewemove as Alfie, Khilan and Shabnam all displayed the highest level of knowledge of the market, detailed knowledge of the area and were the friendliest and most down-to-earth with no nonsense approach. Alfie in particular spent 90 mins with my parents explaining the whole process from start to finish and alleviating all their concerns, much more than any high street agent was able to do! Although not the cheapest agent they displayed the highest level of integrity and trust in the marketing and negotiation process. Would highly recommend the team to sell your home if you're unsure about the process and need extra hand holding, or just for a chat about the local market!

Jonathan showed us around the property and answered all of our questions. Both Jonathan and Athena were clear in what they needed from us for the referencing checks, Athena was able to turn this around quickly. They kept me constantly updated throughout the process, and they were both always available to answer my phone calls. Overall, I would highly recommend their services.

For the first time, I truly felt like an estate agent had my back and was acting in my best interest. She went above and beyond, even doing work I didn’t realise estate agents typically do, like compiling a report to justify the property’s value. That level of commitment was a world away from what I’ve experienced before. The photography, videos, and the listing on Rightmove were exceptional. Things are moving quickly and smoothly and Sina always gives me an update without me reaching out. Hands down the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with.
