As first-time buyers, this was all new to us, but Mesut has been so friendly and easy to talk to throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, the marketing was effective, and every step felt well managed. Prior to sale they also looked after the rental of the property for several years, always with professionalism and reliability.<br>Highly recommended.

They have extremely helpful in finding new tenants ,I would definitely recommend other landlords to them .I would like to thank both Randall Nakadio and Maria mortzi In particular for helping me at every stage of the process. They were very good for keeping you up to date with every change or new challenge to sort out ! They are deffinatly really on the ball, and I would absolutely recommend them.

Both were very friendly and able to offer fast and constructive advice. He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
