From the very first conversation, we were met with such positivity, enthusiasm and genuine commitment, and we immediately felt that our sale was in extremely capable hands.<br><br>The entire process was handled brilliantly. Damien provided a better than expected but realistic valuation based on the current local housing market. He provided practical advice on which type of buyer would give a fair price but would also enable a quick house sale. House was sold within 6 months at a price I was very happy with! Well done Damien and everyone at Breens Estate Agents, I would highly recommend! ????????????

7th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)After a sale with another agent fell through despite nearly 5 months of work, I was honestly distraught at the idea of needing to start over again. Despite this, Mi Homes (and the agent I worked with, Daniel) have made the buying process as seamless and easy as I think possible.<br><br>Organising the viewing was no-nonsense, he answered as many questions as he could on the day and all the rest I had were followed up on within 48 hours. The negotiation period for price was short and sensible, his predictions accurate, and solicitors began work On The Day of the sale. All around top form from Daniel and the team at Mi Homes.
4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would highly recommend David Astbury's from the first point of contact during the valuation, the professionalism commenced. We were provided with information about our property in advance of marketing that other estate agents did not provide and they did not overvalue our property to raise unrealistic expectations. Our sale in the end was very complex, but March in particular who supported us up to final sale completion, was amazing and did her best to support us during some very challenging times. Other members of the team were also supportive, as and when needed.

Yet I’ve called multiple times and emailed and no one has got back to me!<br><br>Update just spoke to a man named Chris who was very polite and super helpful!<br><br>But please get rid of the AI we want humans to speak too!
