7th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We cannot rate Winkworth highly enough! Our first engagement with Ahmet who valued our property and once agreed set us on our way to getting our house on the market. Ahmet clearly knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with being honest, non pushy and as well as getting heavily involved in preparing the house to go on the market. This included meticulously making sure the photography sold the property in the best light. (Winkworths high quality photos were one of the key things that informed our decision to approach them). Whilst Ahmet remained in contact throughout we then mostly dealt with the fantastic Hetal. The service we got from Hetal significantly exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond to get our property sold and was constantly engaging with us by phone or via a WhatsApp group she had set up with us. Queries were answered almost immediately and never at one point did we feel that we were not high on her priorities. We really can’t speak highly enough of the service we got from Hetal who is a credit to Winkworth. Thank you to all of the team for a truly fantastic service in what was at the time a challenging market. We wish you all continued success!! Sarah and Joe
25th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)My rental flat has recently needed replacement heating which the lettings manager organised on my behalf; using an experienced and reliable company; communicating with the tenant and coordinating with the heating company and myself - ensuring the works were carried out to everyone’s satisfaction. I was most grateful for the great deal of time and effort which the manager put into the project on my behalf. More recently a fire door assessment was carried out by an external company; and again the lettings manager was on site and available for access if needed; and as a reassuring presence for the tenant whilst the doors were being inspected. I had the opportunity to meet the lettings manager (Keith) and was most impressed by his genuine interest in both the requirements of my tenant and myself as landlord. My rental investment is still in safe hands; as it has been for the last 26 years !
4th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Sebastien Andreu came out to our home to begin the sale process. He was very polite & professional and made us feel comfortable going with KFH for our sale. Liam Huseyin took on the job of selling our house. He was exceptional, his knowledge with every part (and more) of the process was faultless. Any problems or concerns were always dealt with promptly by Liam and he would always make himself available to chat should I just walk in, which I did often. Liam did a superb job on our sale. Also a mention to Beyzan Beyzade who was our contact when Liam was out of the office, she advised and saw that all messages were passed on appropriately. All round a fantastic team to work with!

26th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have been living in a building managed by Hamilton Chase for over two years now. A few months after moving in, rats appeared in the building. Since then, I have been consistently reporting every rat sighting in the building both on my own and through my landlord. The holes through which rats likely enter the building have not been repaired for many months. The agency has even stopped responding to reports, showing complete ignorance of the issue. Their professionalism is at zero level; I strongly do not recommend their services.

28th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)Booked-in for a viewing on the 28th March of a 1bd flat in Wandsworth but, when I arrived, the agent said the landlord provided an incorrect address and the flat available for a viewing is a studio and not a 1bd, for the very same price. Completely unprofessional timewasters.

The high level of service and expertise by Alex, Kyri and the whole of the team was greatly appreciated and we would highly recommend them.

17th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)Dodgy business practice with Andrew entering flats without permission from renters. Exceptionally rude and entitled attitude. The boss didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to an email complaint. Companies House has them listed as in liquidation - not surprised. Avoid at all costs!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family.
