Mr Lawson is a very friendly person and has plenty of years of experience in the area and is very knowledgable. All their properties are fairly priced, which means equally good for the seller and buyer, so no pull out after making an offer. Just bought one property through them and would really recommend to those who are considering either to sell or buy.

18th May 2023 (2 years ago)Huge thank you to Jeanette snd Mary who helped with the purchase of our new home. It was quite stressful for us at times and we had a few (a lot!) bumps in the road. We were very dependent on the team especially towards the end of the buying process for many reasons. I truly believe without their help on an almost daily basis we would still be waiting for the sale to have been finalised. We are now 4 weeks in our new home and are so happy. The stress long forgotten. The team are Very professional, very “on it” and also want to do the best for the buyer. Thank you all.

Definitely go the extra mile and keep your spirits up when something takes a bit longer than anticipated Good service and always with a smile Not sure the wonderful Sharon Harris manages to stay so calm and funny as she must be juggling all of the time. All the staff are brilliant though

Nigel really sold what they could do for us and I’m so glad that what he’s said has been the case. His team are a credit to him, super helpful, organised and ready with great advice every step of the way.

Provided a super walk around video of the property , house was on the market very quickly and the viewings were arranged promptly. The staff work very well as a team and are pleasant ,enjoy their work and are efficient . I would recommend them .
19th Nov 2024 (7 mo. ago)In my honest and truthful opinion, I had a negative experience with Bedebrooke - without naming names. I found there to be an undercurrent of rudeness within their communications, and if someone asked me if I would personally recommend them, I'd decline to do so.

21st May 2024 (1 year ago)I sent a request via rightmove to arrange a couple of viewings. I heard the next day and gave them my availability. The next week I chased them for an update and they didnt have me registered. They then registered me, and said they would contact the home owners to arrange...... 3 weeks later Im still waiting. Not sure how they plan to sell houses if they cant book viewings!!

26th May 2025 (6 weeks ago)Second property sold with Brunton Residential because of the service you receive. Quality listing with photographs & tour. Efficient & keep you up to date with viewings & feedback. Agents really helpful in driving the right offer & negotiating. Great when it comes to the legal process, by keeping you up to date & chasing solicitors otherwise the process would take too long. If it wasn’t for Brunton the sale would have dragged but they really pushed & smoothed things through to make sure we met the required dates.
