Viewings were booked in to work around us and feedback was provided to us in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again in the future.- 7th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Excellent site, great food in restaurant well set out with plenty of space. The toilets & showers were well kept and very clean. Recommend site.

3rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

23rd Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.
