3rd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

Thereafter, there communication and constant updates have guided us through the minefield of selling our home. The team have constantly gone above and beyond to help us secure buyers and make the process as smooth as possible.

They are honestly the best agents in the area, I have such a great experience with them. They do care of the tenants, and they work so hard to solve any issues and to they make you feel like home. Since my initial enquiry, they have been extremely helpful, easy to contact and so welcoming. They are super approachable, and they communicate and deal with their customers in a friendly and professional manner from the start. The rent fees of their properties are also generously priced. First class service, cannot recommend them enough!

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)I would say they arent your typical estate agents but a team with a aim of helping each individual achieve what they want the best of both worlds. From the typical residential or a commercial they will do their best to sell but also facilitate the process than pass it straight to solicitors and close the case.Zeba is passionate for her business and that can be shown by her commitment and work ethics. Highly recommend to have a talk with and see if it goes further. Look forward to using them again.
17th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)After 9 weeks on the market, 0 viewings, 0 offers. Little to no communication, I had to chase to find out what was going on. Terrible service. Abysmal! After 10 weeks, I moved to David James (emailed Belvoir to remove property and no response), within 5 DAYS I have 10 viewings. I was also advised by David James that Belvoir photos were drastically inadequate. Do not ever use Belvoir under any circumstances. They will not respond to you and when they do, they will suggest lowering price as they are too inept to do any work. My experience for my view - I am a landlord and have bought, sold and rented over 15 properties. Pretty familiar with levels of service. Please don't use them to sell.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
6th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I sold my property with Pinewood Estates Clowne using their gold all inclusive package which for a good price took care of everything. The photos taken looked really nice on the sales listing and through every step of my sale I was kept informed of the progress. Any questions or concerns during this worrying time were always answered with a friendly phone call. I would recommend anyone who is selling their property to get in touch with Pinewoods- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Can’t fault the experience I had with them and would highly recommend. Professional, helpful and not arrogant like most estate agents - was a refreshing change
