Natasha also went the extra mile she collected import documents that our solicitor needed from my home and returned them to me so we were able to complete on the sale of our property. They marketed the property at a good price and it was sold within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or buying a property.

He assisted me with all my queries and I was very relaxed to get my first rented home through an agency... All the process were smooth.. Thanks for Jacob, Lucie and the entire team.

The staff at Mansfield Woodhouse branch were simply brilliant, from my very first meeting with them until finalisation of the sale. I was fully informed throughout my journey and felt completely supported at all times. Staff were always available and willing to answer any queries. They constantly kept me updated and were polite, professional and approachable during every interaction. A very special thankyou to Reo, Simon and Niall (who's now left) as they most certainly went above and beyond to help/support me. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they explained things in a way that was easy to understand, no matter how many times I needed to ask. Reo and Simon are an absolute credit to your team and deserve recognition. Thankyou so very much. Will certainly use Bairstowe Eves again and strongly recommend.??????
12th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)Avoid these rookie lazy staff members. Wasted my time with a tenant and under managed their expectations for certs then blamed me on them pulling out. Now certs are done no phone calls to say more interest in property, very simple to pick the phone up and ask for keys back. Poor communication in very simple circumstances. You guys are so lazy it's unreal. You're nothing but door openers that dress fancy. You have no other skill set. What a useless bunch you are. You need to learn to take accountability for your own mistakes. You have wasted my time and money in the process. You know you have been useless throughout which is why you have come up with the BS. Now they decide to withdraw my property because they know they are useless. Shame on you and your business. You need to go brush up on your skills or find another job that makes you happy as you seem to lack enthusiasm. Typical estate agent that's full of themselves. Good for opening front doors and that's about it.- 2nd Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)We've recently completed our mortgage. Phoebe made the whole process so easy and simple. I have only sold a property through them but I found Simon very helpful and courteous and was able to make contact at any time with him and get good sound advice. Would definitely recommend!

7th May 2025 (16 days ago)Our experience with Tristram’s was very good Destiny Richardson (property manager) looked after both our properties which we rented out through Tristram’s Destiny took care of all aspects of this and made renting out our properties a lot easier with her Professionalism help and support would highly recommend Tristram’s.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

She helped me take my property away from another estate agency in Mansfield, who were undervaluing and mishandling the sale, and thanks to her hard work and guidance, I achieved the price I was aiming for. Lora was brilliant to work with - always communicative, open, and proactive. Even when solicitors needed chasing, she kept me updated every step of the way. It made a stressful process so much easier. A genuinely great experience from start to finish.
10th May 2025 (13 days ago)I have been looking for a property to purchase for over 6 months and this is the only estate agency I have ever left a review for. They are very disorganised and don’t appear to communicate with each other. I phoned on 6th May to view a house today (10th May). They decided to phone me 1 hour before to ask questions about affordability and that the vendor may not allow us to view the property. What were you guys doing for 4 days??? People have got lives and things to do on the weekend and you have the audacity to phone 1 hour before a viewing to let me know I might not be allowed to view the house. Completely unacceptable. When I realised what a joke of an agency this was and that the vendor was going to be nothing but trouble, I cancelled the viewing. I wouldn’t recommend this agency.
28th Apr 2025 (25 days ago)I cannot praise Ben enough. From the valuation to the final sale of the property, he has been nothing but outstanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble, he calls you back promptly and gets answers quickly. Our house was sold with 7 days of going online. Excellent service and communication and I have already recommended them multiple times.
