Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma

From start to the point of sale so far the entire team demonstrated a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart in the industry. ?They move quickly and keep the process on track. Every interaction with Adam, Louise or Scarlett was handled with courtesy. They are a genuinely polite team that makes you feel valued. They were always available to assist whenever I had a question, making the communication process seamless ?Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

5th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I purchased my property through Bairstow Eves Sales team and initially had a very positive experience with the sales team. They were professional, helpful, and made the purchase process smooth from start to finish especially Dean. Because of that experience, I trusted the company and decided to place my property under their letting and management service. Unfortunately, my experience with the letting team was completely different and extremely disappointing. During the management of my property, I experienced significant issues and damage, which ultimately led me to revoke and cancel their management services and transfer my property to another estate agent. Since ending the management agreement, I have spent the last six months repeatedly emailing and requesting the return of my tenancy deposit funds, including contacting the manager, Jessica, directly. Despite numerous attempts, I have received little to no response and the deposit still has not been returned. It is very frustrating and disappointing that a company with such a strong sales team has handled the lettings side in this manner. Due to the ongoing lack of communication and failure to resolve the matter, I am now left with no option but to proceed with legal action to recover the funds. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves the way their lettings department handles landlords and client money in the future.

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

29th May 2026 (21 days ago)I first met Lora as a buyer, when she was selling the home I now live in. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and proactive. She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!

10th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)The viewing with Lewis was the best accompanied viewing we have ever had and, being in our 80s, we can fairly say we have had a few! He was there before us, had the property opened up, lights on, and standing waiting at the gate. He was immaculately dressed - a beautiful suit and tie, rather than open neck shirt, scruffy shoes etc which seem to be standard these days. And for us, the most impressive thing in these days of just on line photographs - a little folder of printed out photographs with a description of each picture, floor plan and other relevant details. Again, a first in our current batch of house hunting - our last sale/purchase was over 20 years ago when you actually had a printed brochure about the property you were viewing in your sticky little hand. Had we known how superior was the attitude of BE towards the sale of their properties we would have used them for the sale of our own house. You will gather, we were suitably impressed.
