They are very knowledgeable about the local market and their advice was always spot on. We were really impressed by their energy in arranging viewings and finding a buyer in the middle of winter. They were also very helpful in getting the sale over the line.
1st Apr 2025 (22 days ago)A first class all round service from Bond Oxborough, Bude. Alex carried out the initial appraisal and valuation, very personable, professional and thorough market knowledge. Knew potential buyers straightaway, different to most estate agents who today just rely on the property portals. Demonstrated great skill finding a buyer before the property went on the open market, although this sale did not proceed, which was no fault of Alex's. A new buyer was secured within a few weeks, after a series of viewings ably carried out by Beth who provided excellent communication, help and feedback at all times. After Beth found a buyer, Tracy handled the sales progression effectively to ensure completion took place to meet the deadlines of all in the chain. The best service I have received from the many estate agents, in different parts of the country, I have dealt with over the last 4-5 years. I therefore wholeheartedly recommed Alex and his team.

They are as good as it gets and we have a number of previous moves under our belts to compare them with. I have no hesitation in recommending Fulfords Tavistock office to anyone contemplating a move.

Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful way above and beyond. Our solicitors were very poor and their comms terrible, if it hadn't been for Jackie our purchase might well have fallen through. I would not hesitate to recommend Kivells to a buyer or seller. 11/10.

They had a sensible approach to setting the price, advised us on how to prep dress the house, listened carefully to what we wanted and were all round efficient, helpful and so professional. All responses were fast which is critical when you're selling, they helped us through a complicated serious issue with another local estate agent and all in all were amazing. The in office team are also great , very responsive and knowledgeable we cannot thank them enough.

All the way through the process from first viewing, making offer, visiting for measurements Will has been amazing. The team has always responded to any queries quickly as possible when raised. They even managed to get hold of our estate agents when they failed to respond to us directly. All of the service was above and beyond and would highly recommend for anyone buying or selling a property. As for Will he went above and beyond for us visited many different properties and was always available when needed.
