25th Nov 2025 (11 weeks ago)The process of buying our home was made so much easier by every member of the Bond Oxborough Phillips Team. Their flexibility to provide viewing times and knowledge of the property helped us with the decision to buy. The negotiation with the owner was carried out with sensitivity and the communication of information back to us was outstanding. We were so supported through the conveyancing by Tracy Brown from the sales progression team, who was an absolute superstar. When we were struggling with some of the issues involved, she offered such practical advice and again the support we truly appreciated. The whole team never once failed to do something they said they would and always in an efficient and timely fashion.
10th Dec 2025 (9 weeks ago)They were attached to the auctioneers so did not always tell me initially when they were showing clients around the house and on one occasion left the door out to the garden unlocked. Also I rarely received feedback

They went to a lot of effort in their viewings and were very courteous, friendly and professional. We went through a difficult time as we had to replace our septic tank with a sewage plant and Colwills were so supportive which we very much appreciated. We were so pleased to sell our house. We cannot recommend them enough.

The staff are always friendly and approachable when you pop into the office, and they’re very quick to respond to any questions or queries I have. They also helped me with letting out my rental properties and now manage one of them for me, making the whole process straightforward and stress?free. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive team.
2nd Oct 2025 (19 weeks ago)Greg came to our bungalow and gave us a very competitive valuation. With on going follow ups Elsie could not have been more helpful when we had some snags with our buyers Solicitor. The Launceston office are so helpful and I couldn’t recommend them more highly

Grace was amazing throughout the whole process, as a newly single mum and first time buyer I didn’t have a clue, Grace kept me in the loop at all times and there was never a question that went unanswered! I’ll be forever grateful to that wonderful lady

Through the whole process from booking a viewing to signing the tenancy agreement they have been fast with replies, keeping us informed and incredibly supportive. Namely Archie and Ali. Archie was so lovely and cheerful and professional while showing us around the house, very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we had. Ali, the letting manager has walked us through the rest of the process, with ease, reassurance and keeping us in the loop on everything to do with the tenancy. 10/10 would recommend.

19th Jan 2026 (21 days ago)Nice friendly enough people but as others have said before, communication is seriously lacking and to be honest no feeling that much marketing is going on, no feedback or communication regarding what marketing is being done anyway. Moved agents after about 9 months. Hard to get communication even to get the keys back !!

The agent was terrific; he liaised efficiently and swiftly with my vendors and lawyers, as needed, and he was invariably as friendly and helpful as he could be. The purchase went through rapidly, and I have been happily settled ever since. In my view, the smoothness of this purchase was related to my agent's skills, and also because CR&W are a respected, long-standing agency in my area, so their local knowledge adds a real benefit to what they offer. After 15 house moves I can honestly say view property are the best agents I have ever worked with ,I could not fault them. They went above and beyond what most agents do and nothing was too much trouble .Lindsay especially was amazing, professional and very patient with me. I was amazed at the level of work they put into help me sell my house and purchase my new home ,Lindsay would keep me informed regularly with phone calls and emails. If I ever decide to move again,I will not hesitate to work with view property again. The whole team were so friendly it made the whole process a lot easier. Thank you all so much . Andy L

They were a class apart from the other agents we've worked with and got us quality viewings right from the off, as well as finding us the perfect buyers for our cottage (and finding us our onward purchase!). They kept us and our solicitor up-to-speed throughout and developed a strong relationship with our buyers, which helped us navigate the whole process. Our initial viewings were with Nathan, who was excellent, and throughout the buying process we spoke with several members of the team, with Leah acting as our main point of contact. Leah was fantastic — always on the ball and very easy to talk to. As first-time buyers, she was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process and clearly explaining what we needed to do at each stage. She was proactive in chasing solicitors on both sides and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A huge thank you to Leah, Nathan, and the entire Webbers team!
