7th Jul 2024 (20 days ago)Lang town and Country helped me sell my parents home after the death of my dad. The service was excellent and house was sold quickly. We had a protracted chain which caused lots of delays but Holly in particular is a credit to your business. Nothing was too Much trouble, I was updated regularly and when I wanted a call back this was prompt. Holly is professional, polite and was very considerate to our particular difficult situation. Thanks Langs to all of the staff who were equally lovely, but in particular thank you Holly. Would have no hesitation but to recommend them.

Previous horrendous experiences (with other firms) make me wary!- 24th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Marchand Petit, they have been brilliant all the way through our house hunting journey, with plenty of patience and good advice over the months. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the staff have a lovely disposition that makes them very approachable (which is certainly not a given in the business!)
18th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely awful start to finish. Agent valued the property wrong, wouldn't answer emails, didn't pass on an offer, and messed up the paperwork almost costing the sale. Never experienced such a terrible agency in 30 years and having bought/sold dozens of properties

I would like to mention Ela who was outstanding with the negotiations between myself and my buyers making the whole progress for the sale run smoothly. great service thank you Ali and the team .

We all very much felt as if they were on our side, providing excellent advice from the pricing to the holding our hands through the whole process. As a result it made the sale of our mother's house almost stress-free! We couldn't be happier with the outcome and would have no hesitation in recommending them as the agents to use.

11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)All members of the staff, of Bond Oxborough Phillips, were always pleased to help with any enquiry, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The fact that they had an “Sales Progressor” was a an added bonus and to have someone who is at the top of their game what can be said but “Wonderful and fantastic.” Their removal of the mountain of worry and anxiety from the whole process of house selling and buying was a blessing.
