Previous horrendous experiences (with other firms) make me wary!- 24th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)I would highly recommend Marchand Petit, they have been brilliant all the way through our house hunting journey, with plenty of patience and good advice over the months. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the staff have a lovely disposition that makes them very approachable (which is certainly not a given in the business!)
18th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)Absolutely awful start to finish. Agent valued the property wrong, wouldn't answer emails, didn't pass on an offer, and messed up the paperwork almost costing the sale. Never experienced such a terrible agency in 30 years and having bought/sold dozens of properties

The brochure details were well put together with exceptional photography exceptional. In the end the house sale was quite protracted but they were patient and helped ensure the process stayed on track keeping all parties involved and communicated clearly. I would highly recommend them
