Special shout out to Ella who has restored my faith in estate agents - she goes above and beyond to do the job all of us buyers and sellers are crying out for (making up for for the poor service we received from our own agent). We will be using Henry Adams for our next move

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

24th Apr 2025 (28 days ago)Excellent service and professional throughout, right from the start. Unfortunately, there was no finish as we ended up with an offer with our previous estate agent. Rachel, in particular was extremely knowledgeable, professional, with a great ability to manage and advise when needed. We very much wished we had gone with the company from the start, as we feel Coastguards would have sold the property hands down. I can thoroughly recommend them and would advise all who are looking to buy or sell, to consider Coastguards as the first and best option.
29th Sep 2021 (3 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

In a nutshell As soon as you arrived you asked what was going on behind our property we explained You basically said its a waste of time viewing the property,it will be 'unsellable' before even conducting a full assessment, dismissed the value of our property, you suggested selling to the G/T community or offload to 'we buy any house' for a fraction of what it's worth. Made a comment about our surname and what were you walking into!!! While our house may not be a 'million pound show home' it's our home -lived in, and well cared for, you clearly did not want to deal with us, our home is not up to standard in your eyes. Thankfully other estate agents have treated us differently, confirming our home is not only sellable, but lovely and made a full assessment, they acknowledged the site behind some buyers may take issues, others may not. We were left feeling belittled and judged

21st Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)White and Brooks helped to sell our flat and myself and my partner were so impressed with the service they offered. They had regular viewings arranged and helped us to get an offer quickly. However they really came into their own towards the end of the process when some issues to do with solicitors dow the chain threatened the success of the sale. Sophie Franklin and Emma Neville went above and beyond to help us chase people up, communicated with everyone involved and they managed to help solve the issue in time for the sale to still go through. We would definitely recommend them to friends or family.
