8th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

21st Aug 2026 (28 days ago)I’ve had a brilliant experience with Whitlocks so far while purchasing my first home.<br><br>Chris and Christelle have both been fantastic throughout the process. They’ve kept me updated, answered any questions quickly and made sure everything has kept moving forward. From arranging the initial viewing and having my offer accepted, right through to getting my Worthing Homes approval, the whole process has been incredibly smooth and much quicker than I expected.<br><br>Everyone I’ve dealt with at Whitlocks has been friendly, helpful and genuinely seems to care about getting things progressed.<br><br>A massive thank you to Chris, Christelle and the rest of the team for all their help so far. I’d absolutely recommend Whitlocks to anyone buying or selling in the area!
22nd Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

6th Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Although I did not end up purchasing a property with Hancock, the team were beyond professional and friendly. Broke the bad image that estate agents can sometimes get by being honest with me about not having loads of viewings, and not forcing me into purchasing a property that wasn’t right for me. Special shout out to Joel who my mum and I agreed was a breath of fresh air, very informative and had terrific integrity. It is a shame I an not purchasing a property with this agent, as everyone was super! Thank you, highly recommended.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.

10th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We highly recommend Stride And Son, who have just achieved the successful sale of our family home in Bosham, taking just over 6 weeks to exchange (despite a difficult market)!<br>Tom, Sam and Nigel are highly professional, and an absolute dream team to work with!<br>All three were genuinely positive, polite, easy to get hold of and discuss things with, and always went above and beyond to support us to achieve the smooth sale.<br>Sam was incredibly helpful, patient, skilled and efficient at getting our house details quickly onto Rightmove etc. That speed generated a number of enquiries the next morning, with Nigel carrying out the viewings the same day, leading to multiple offers.<br>We really appreciated Toms knowledge and guidance throughout the sale process, keeping everything on track between the buyers, solicitors and ourselves.<br>We have had an equally positive experience with Sam on the letting side as well.<br>We feel very grateful to them, they work hard and very well together as a team, and we thoroughly recommend them to anyone making the tricky decision of which estate agent to engage!<br>Thank you!

During and incredibly difficult time in my life Suzie made the whole process of moving house as stress free as humanly possible! Very knowledgeable, particularly of the local area. Great communication through the whole journey, especially as we were first time buyers. Fantastic customer service and support.<br>Can’t recommend highly enough
