From initial instructions through to completion Ed handled the transaction with true professionalism; I would strongly recommend Ed/Batcheller Monkhouse as a solid and trustworthy agent.
8th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Alpha Residential. Lisa and Rob were always responsive and went above and beyond with their service while we were selling our house. Rob was very supportive and always contacted all the solicitors if there were any delays. Rob is a very positive agent and his sense of humour helped us to overcome a difficult time as one of the properties we were buying fell through. He was patient and engaged our buyer until we found a new property. For us it was a long process of selling and buying a new property, but Rob was with us in this situation and at the end we got the property we wanted as well as our buyer. Thank you Rob and Lisa, you were great!

22nd Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

Taylor, Niki, and Kyra each played a key part in making the process smooth, organised, and keeping me informed. Their communication was clear, their professionalism was consistent, and they were always quick to respond whenever I needed anything. It’s rare to find an estate agency team that feels genuinely supportive, but Leaders delivered exactly that. I felt well looked after from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and efficient service.

He went over and above what I would normally expect from an agent, even helping arrange house clearance and meter readings. He kept us informed throughout and gave clear advice.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex

14th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I can highly recommend the Henry Adams lettings office in Bognor Regis . I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.
6th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)PS&B have been witholding all funds for over 3 months and should be avoided at all costs, we moved out 2 months ago with no deductions to the deposit and have not gotten the money back, with numerous staff we are emailing leaving the business over the past few weeks - still no resolution.<br><br>Please Google them to see the relevant articles, avoid!!

They came highly recommended by several local people, all of whom described them as the best estate agents in the area, and our experience certainly lived up to that reputation.<br>Our property was far from a straightforward sale. As a Grade II listed building requiring extensive renovation, it appealed to a smaller pool of buyers, and the process ultimately took just over a year. Throughout that time, the team at Stride & Sons remained patient and professional.<br>Their advice was always thoughtful and clearly focused on achieving the best outcome for us, rather than simply pushing for a quick sale. We always felt they were acting in our best interests, providing honest guidance and realistic expectations at every stage of the process.<br>We are extremely grateful for their support and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their home.<br><br>Edit: it was notable that their contract was a straightforward and simple two-page document (this was in stark contrast to one other particular estate agent we considered whose contract contained a jaw-dropping number of unfair clauses that you are guided to avoid).

They deal with any tenant enquiries promptly, arrange repairs when needed, and keep me informed without involving me in every little issue. It means I can have complete confidence that everything is being looked after while my own involvement is kept to a minimum.<br><br>One thing I really value is how knowledgeable they are. They always keep me up to date with changes in property legislation and government requirements, making sure my property remains fully compliant. They also keep my tenant informed, which helps everything run smoothly.<br><br>The regular property inspections and detailed reports give me real peace of mind. If any maintenance is needed, they let me know with clear recommendations, and the monthly statements are always accurate and easy to understand.<br><br>Their tenant selection process has been excellent too. They found me a fantastic tenant, and I’ve had no problems at all. 4th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)This the second time in two years I have worked with Bay Tree on a sale (previously a probate property, this time my own) and they were again excellent. For various reasons, it was quite an elongated process but Suzie was calm, efficient and persistent throughout. Communication was always first-rate and especially valuable in the long, post-offer period. Bay Tree are genuine experts on the local market and therefore well placed to offer sound advice, accurate valuations and to deal with the inevitable challenges that arise. So, I am a genuinely satisfied customer and very happy to recommend Bay Tree.

Sold my property once and Steven has been amazing. I met Steven when he was working in the Lancing Branch.This is my first time selling and buying a property on my own. Steven took me under his wing and guided me through the whole process of applying for a new mortgage. Unfortunately my sale fell through. I have had to start all over again . And even though Steven has moved to Bognor Regis he has honoured my mortgage deal. I have now resold my place and found my new forever home. Once again Steven has got me a great mortgage. His communication throughout this whole process has been fantastic. I highly recommend him ????????????
