The agency and the landlord are both very friendly and professional, making our move-in process smooth and enjoyable. Whenever we faced difficulties, we always received timely and appropriate assistance. We are very grateful to all the staff who have helped us and highly recommend this agency!

18th Jul 2024 (9 weeks ago)Enquired about a property here multiple times, letting agent Alexsey has very poor communication skills and did not get back to me, then completely ignored my email. Scheduled a virtual viewing which I did not receive for the specified time and only received a day later once asking. Asked him to give me a call twice so we could discuss the property however he only wanted to be contacted via email. However on the bright side all other staff seem to be quite friendly and helpful
27th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)Shut two afternoons in a row with no notice, no info on website, just a handwritten sign in the door. Can't collect Amazon parcels, make PayPoint payments etc as a result. At least keep customers informed online and also inform Amazon so customers don't keep on trying to get items delivered there when the delivery driver can't gain access.
7th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)One month after moving, giving myself time to reflect and consider before writing this review: Dennis, Julie and the team proved to be absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of selling our Crowthorne home, pretty much managing the entire transaction, liasing frequently and closely with ourselves, our solicitors, our sellers estate agents and our buyers estate agents with warmth, compassion, assertive patience, diligence and professionalism. I can think of no criticism, constructive or otherwise, to offer (or cast) and I believe our buyers have experienced the same. Nor am I aware of anyone that I've discussed our move with that has had an experience that has come close. I have, I am and I shall continue to recommend them wholeheartedly.- 12th Dec 2023 (9 mo. ago)We have been very pleased with the way Prospect have helped us to sell our home. Davina Dobe, in particular, has been outstanding. She immediately “got” our house, so was able to present our home to its best advantage, giving us sound advice throughout. She has a particular knack of finding positive solutions rather than dwelling on negative problems which has lightened the whole process for us. She and the whole team at Prospect have been thoroughly professional and crucially are easy to contact. Special mention must be made of the amazing sales brochure for our house which was a class above anything else we have seen. Thank you very much Davina and all at Prospect Crowthorne.

He has been with us for years and I would say we received countless times help from him as he is a great and very experienced part of your team. 25th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)I purchased, let and sold my home (and also let and sold a rental property) with Michael Hardy between the years of 2011 and 2024. Over those 13 years I dealt with multiple members of staff in their Crowthorne and Wokingham offices. They were alway highly attentive, courteous and helpful. Their fees are commensurate with the high quality of service provided. I would recommend MH to anyone looking for a good quality estate agent with an expert working knowledge the local area.

In both cases Chris and Nina were the agents I dealt with and I valued their direct and honest approach based on years of knowledge of the local housing market. Jigsaw customer service was excellent, always quick to give feedback on viewings and respond to any queries I had throughout the process. I thoroughly recommend them for their expertise and professionalism and based on dealings with other agents, they are above and beyond.

24th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Honestly cannot recommend Nick & Teresa enough!! Highly professional and yet like having friends sell your house for you! They were encouraging, straightforward (even when the actual process is not!!), reliable, and generally went above and beyond. There were difficulties in the chain but they both managed to help reduce the stress, working closely with all parties to keep us up to date. We absolutely would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone selling their home and although we’re not moving again anytime soon, we would use anyone else!

13th Sep 2024 (5 days ago)Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the team at Frank Schippers who have just helped me sell my home. The team were professional and helpful throughout the whole process, providing guidance on the marketing of the property and then when an offer was accepted, opened up a channel of communication with the entire chain to ensure we all knew where everyone was - something the solicitors were unable to do. As my property was empty, they also carried out regular weekly check ups to ensure the property was OK and that I complied with the conditions of my insurance policy. As such, they come highly recommended for their service and personal attention in making the sale happen.

7th Jun 2024 (15 weeks ago)UPDATE: I have now Exchanged for my house and again the team have been so so helpful. Rebecca, Lisa, Luke, all excellent! Hat and Home were the best Estate Agents we have dealt with in our quest to find a house. We dealt with Libby on both our viewings and email correspondence as well as Jack. Both of them are extremely communicative and clear with information and acted prudently when called upon. Libby was extremely helpful when it came to getting a 1st viewing on the property we purchased and gave us all the info we needed to make a decision. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell as well as buy as they really to everything they can to provide top quality service. Post purchase they are keeping us up to date on latest progress. They also recommend good brokers and surveyors to use as well.
