Edward, Dan and Clinton all visited our property prior to viewings and Paris was so helpful in the office and went over and above for us. Agents were great with communication and never tired of keeping us up to date and fully informed. Their experience (and sense of humour!) was evident which helped during the stressful process that is property buying and selling! Thanks all! M&A
1st Apr 2022 (2 years ago)Despite having it in writing that the Landlord had decided not to proceed with the tenancy, we had issues with getting our holding deposit back. It took for me to ask for legal proof of withholding payment, and even then, we was still charged for fees and only given a partial refund! - Personally, as a customer looking to rent, WE ARE AVOIDING Priory Park Properties based in Redhill

Jonathan listened to us on the type of buyer From the London market our property would suit. On the viewing day when there was a shortage of staff due to Covid 19 restrictions Jonathan stepped in and worked on the viewing day. Donna was a very skilled negotiator and secured a sale. Plus kept the sale active and handled any difficulties or queries to completion. A WONDERFUL service - THANK YOU!

All were highly professional and replied promptly to my communications. I think the original valuation was quite bullish but the service provided was really great value for money.

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
9th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)I have lived in a property that they managed for 4 years. They were very organised and professional from the start. Every year electricity checks were done, to keep us safe and every year they would contact us to renew the contract in a timely manner. When I was asked to leave the property (due some work that had to be done, for safety reasons) they gave me plenty of time to plan my move and after I moved, they returned my deposit within a good amount of time. Thank you, Adam and the owner of the house. I have great memories in that flat and thanks to you, none were bad memories. Thanks for your professionalism, work ethic and integrity.

Two people I knew in this company Vicky and Daniela these two ladies are so jim in there work.. during my Initial paperwork on letting process vickey was handing it she did so clean and perfect handover to me .I didn’t had any follow-up with them there were at the right time..???? days passed.. during my property handover I was working with Daniela another pillar of corbyn & co.. I felt like I’m speaking to my sister and I shared all my hard times to her however they understand the customer issue and resolve the same, again it was very clean and very Professional handover for the property . Once again very good letting again god bless you team ???????? ..

He has an in-depth understanding of the local market and knew exactly how to stage the house to maximise its appeal. He quickly secured a buyer in a great position and was without exception available for any questions and to keep on top of the solicitors on both sides. He remained level headed through what can be a very stressful situation and I would unreservedly recommend him!
