8th Jan 2026 (15 days ago)Untrustworthy and misleading estate agent. Choice Estate Agent took money from tenants but informed me as the landlord that no tenants were found and that no rent had been paid. The rent was never transferred to me. This behavior felt dishonest and extremely unprofessional. I believe landlords should avoid this agency, as the lack of transparency caused me financial loss and stress.
19th Jan 2026 (4 days ago)White and Sons really did a great job since day 1. We haven’t had any issues with them and our landlord was lovely. They tend to our queries and concerns right away and made actions accordingly. We cannot thank them enough for such a great service over the past 2 years.

7th Jan 2026 (16 days ago)I had a really positive experience with Move Revolution. From the start, Skye and Harvey were friendly, responsive, and clear about the process. They moved quickly to get the photos live which helped generate viewings, and they kept me in the loop consistently with updates on feedback, interest levels, and next steps. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just “list it and hope,” they actually drove things forward. I’d happily recommend them.
17th Jan 2026 (6 days ago)I think it's fairly obvious from the reviews already that Redhill connells team are probably one of the best branches in the country. I didn't end up going with them in the end as I had a more local estate agent but despite this Mark and Ryan treated me like their own client and helped me so much throughout my own process. They were there to give perfect advice. Answer the phone and generally push the process along and keep me updated completely. And like I said I wasn't even their client!!! That is some top-notch service and I think a lot of estate agents could learn a thing or two from this. So well done guys. You thoroughly deserve all the reviews you get and I very much look forward to dealing with you again in the future ( this time I will go with you)

Right from his initial appraisal he understood precisely what needed to be done and the timescale it needed doing in. He priced the property perfectly and marketed it impeccably. Nothing was ever too much trouble and his experience and expertise went over and above anything I expected. The team at Jackson-Stops arranged quality viewings and always gave prompt and honest feedback throughout the sales process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Jackson-Stops Dorking.

10th May 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.
5th Jan 2026 (18 days ago)I can highly recommend Emma from Robert Leech in Reigate. From our first meeting she then kept us updated at every stage. She sent several viewers from the time the property was marketed and secured a sale very quickly. At exchange, Emma went above and beyond the call of duty in persuading the solicitor to turn her computer back on and complete the exchange, as the solicitor was ready to leave for the Christmas break. We had peace of mind that the exchange had happened without having to wait until the New Year. We can't thank you enough Emma. Big Thanks.
9th Jan 2026 (14 days ago)Max is the agent I have dealt with mostly and he has always been very obliging and arranged many visits to the property with various builders etc prior to exchange as well as chasing up any queries. He has always responded promptly to calls and messages and has been well versed in the details of the property.

2nd Jan 2026 (21 days ago)We had a smooth and largely stress-free experience purchasing our property through Halliwell Marks. Duncan and Mark were responsive and helpful when arranging access ahead of exchange, including for measuring up, which we appreciated. The real standout, however, was Rachel, their sales progressor. From the outset she was warm, professional, and incredibly proactive, keeping us informed at every stage of the process both above and below the chain, and helping to keep all solicitors moving. Her friendly, supportive approach made a huge difference at a time when communication often drops off elsewhere. Halliwell Marks — do whatever you can to keep Rachel. She is a genuine asset and made a real difference to our experience.
17th Sep 2025 (18 weeks ago)H+P came highly recommended to us from previous customers. On viewing the website and learning a bit more about the company, that being the boutique approach to property sales was the first step towards inviting them to value alongside others local agents. India on arrival for the valuation had us from her greeting and the approach to the process which took into account, not just the physical features but how we lived in and used the space. She stood head and shoulders above the other local agents who valued our property. We felt confident in her approach and it was no way near other estate agency interactions we have experienced over the years!. The marketing of the property from the advice on presenting the home and the suite of photos and video made our property stand out from the local competition of similar properties on the market at the time. From this point the whole team approach of H and P in managing the viewings , open house and subsequent sale follow up was very evident. We had accepted an offer in less than two weeks of the property going live and the subsequent process to exchange and completion in under 4 months , all in what appears to be a very slow current property market. The key to this was H and P's approach to ensuring the right buyers are looking at the right properties from their excellent portfolio that they manage the marketing and subsequent sales of. We were contacted regularly and the team always had time to speak and support through the process. Our ongoing purchase was a separate transaction which posed some problems keeping both sides on track, the team understanding and appropriate support where they could ensured we managed to bring our sale and next purchase in line with only a 3 day hiatus. H and P partners who were recommended but not forcefully, delivered to meet our expectations with some above and beyond expectations. Demonstrating why they are partners with similar ethos and business approach. I cannot recommend India , Dan and Chris enough if considering selling as we did or buying in the area. if we were ever to return to the area we would not think twice to work with them for the excellent service, excellent knowledge and excellent portfolio of properties, they redefined estate agency positively for us!!! They are now venturing into property rental management and we wish them well. We are sure both landlords and tenants will be safe in their expert hands.
5th Jan 2026 (18 days ago)We don't know where to start! We were let down badly by another agency and then saw a property we liked that 'Andrews' were advertising. We viewed the property and was professionally and friendly greeted by Ed. He allowed us time to look around and answered all of our questions. He understood how we were feeling and could see we were anxious. Ed mentioned that the property could be available within around 10 days. From then, everything went smoothly. Catrin and Ben then joined the fun, supporting us with the referencing process and communicating everything with us in a time-efficient manner - nothing was too much trouble for them. From start to finish, the process took around 5 days, this was just before the festive season. We were kept in the loop throughout the whole process. We highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

The team went ABOVE and BEYOND to support us with what was an incredibly stressful house move (through no fault of theirs). Not only were they professional and were ALWAYS on hand to help but they were kind, supportive and empathic when things felt overwhelming. The knowledge and experience they had was clear when valuing our home and marketing the property. We also used their linked conveyer which we cannot speak higher of.
