I have had dealings with Hamptons for quite a few years and always received good service.<br>Lately a very sensitive situation developed, coming from other sources, which needed extra tact and diplomacy and Katie proved to be the perfect person, helping to resolve the matter fairly and easily.

The difference in energy, flexibility and "can do" attitude was clear from the start, and this was then followed up by superior photography and marketing. I'd recommend them for anyone looking to sell their property in the Oxted area.

Lily has been wonderfully helpful, especially during our second viewing and after, answering all our questions and coming up with many suggestions. She was lovely and enthusiastic and made our viewing feel very pleasant. Thank you Lily, we are so glad to have bought one of your first houses and we will love making it into our home!
22nd May 2026 (17 weeks ago)I didn’t have many viewings, but that can’t be necessarily down to Leaders. The communications were very good, they kept me up to date. The guys were very friendly and helpful.

10th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)I posted a review 8 years ago. Since purchasing the flat (see below) I’ve used Connells lettings service. Whilst the lettings staff are perfectly nice and do their best, the maintenance side is a complete disaster and i wouldn’t recommend them as a result. Which is most unfortunate. Hence the 1 star review (revised down from 5 for the purchase).<br><br>I've just completed on a second property near where we live in Redhill. Connells had a great selection of good quality flats in my chosen area and in fact 2 in the building I was interested in. The whole process as a buyer has been smooth and Connells worked with everyone to keep things moving smoothly. Mark and his great team are a joy to deal with and I will be using then for my next purchase.
24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.
8th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

Charles is super attentive, responsive and so friendly and personable. Anything I needed, any question I needed answering (and I had a fair few), Charles was always there to help with a smile. Thanks to Marriott Vernon I have found my dream home and I'm so appreciative of how they dealt with the process (and me!). Also special mention to Alison & Ian who also assisted me in the progression of the sale - both super lovely and helpful. I would highly recommend this agency.
