19th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)I think Ashton are more aimed at selling houses than flats/apartments. They contacted me once, right near the end of the contract. I had to call them to find out feedback and if viewings took place. This was a little disappointing.

They helped us find tenants really quickly, and when external circumstances meant things got complicated, they went above and beyond both in time and resource to help support us and find us the perfect solution as quickly as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent. They were responsive, available, logistically efficient, and good humoured. Communication was always clear, and he kept me well informed about any updates throughout my tenancy. I truly appreciate the support and service provided over the years and would highly recommend Martin & Co, especially Rak, for their reliable and tenant-focused approach.

20th Mar 2026 (27 days ago)As the owner of the house R Bhasker bought below, I feel it's only fair to say my opinion of Neil King and his team is the absolute opposite. They have been professional, straightforward, proactive, and fair throughout. I have known them for years; I have used them both as a buyer and as a seller; and I would not hesitate to recommend them. In my experience they operate with great integrity in an industry where trust is at a premium. And I can see my experience is echoed in most of the other reviews. Lastly, my own opinion on the survey is that it was perfectly normal for a house of this age and type. Any issues with vermin were common, localised, minor, and dealt with quickly.

Pauls communication with myself and everyone involved and his updates on everything no matter how small were excellent. I would thoroughly recommend GBP estates.

Shout out to Khurram who even when not at work was more than happy to drop in on that quick look around again and answering any questions. Waqas was excellent in communication, generally answering questions along with excellent negotiation skills.
