From the very beginning, he really took the time to understand what I was looking for and was able to visualise the type of property that would be right for me and my family.<br><br>What really stood out was that Will didn’t make me feel like he was only focused on the seller. He genuinely cared about me as a buyer too, listened to what was important to me, and went above and beyond to help.<br><br>He’s incredibly friendly, personable and approachable, and dealing with him has been such a refreshing experience. I honestly wish every estate agent was like Will!<br><br>Thank you for making what can be such a stressful process feel so much more positive. You’re a credit to the profession! The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. Hannah then helped me negotiate a deal I honestly didn't think was possible, pushing for terms I wouldn't have had the confidence or market knowledge to ask for myself.<br><br>Compared to every other property experience I've had, Hannah Le Sueur made this one feel completely different — supported, informed, and genuinely on my side from start to finish. If you're buying in London and want someone who will actually fight your corner, I can't recommend her highly enough.

From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and customer service have been first-class. Communication's always been excellent. Quick responses, clear answers, and nothing's ever too much trouble. It's rare to find a letting agency that truly puts customer care at the heart of what they do, but they do. Highly recommended, a fantastic team.

Nick was available to speak anytime, provided excellent and honest feedback after every viewing and made you feel they had your best interest at heart. Once an offer was made and accepted, the purchase process was handled very efficiently and I was kept updated at every step. Overall, a refreshingly satisfactory experience.

24th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)After 10 months on the market with another agent in Grays, I genuinely thought my house was never going to sell.<br><br>In all that time I only had 5 viewings and no offers. I hardly ever heard from the agent unless I chased them, and I was getting more and more frustrated as the months went by.<br><br>I had a leaflet through the door from Carter Remy offering a free valuation and, to be honest, I nearly binned it. I’m glad I didn’t.<br><br>They came round, had a look round the house and explained what they would do differently. There were no big promises, just a clear plan, so I decided to take a chance and switch agents.<br><br>Within the first week they had arranged an open day. I remember sitting there watching people arrive on my Ring doorbell and thinking “where was all this interest for the last 10 months?” There were 12 viewings in one day.<br><br>A few days later Craig called me and said they had 3 offers on the table, all at or above my asking price. I actually had tears in my eyes. It probably sounds silly, but I’ve had a really tough couple of years personally and the thought that I was finally going to be able to move and start the next chapter was overwhelming.<br><br>The sale itself wasn’t completely stress free, but that’s not Carter Remy’s fault. As with most house moves there were delays and solicitor issues along the way. Every time something needed chasing though, Anne-Marie and Allison were on it. They always came back to me, kept me updated and never left me wondering what was going on.<br><br>I completed 5 days ago and looking back, switching to Carter Remy was the best decision I made. They got me more viewings in a week than my previous agent managed in 10 months, found me a buyer almost immediately and helped get the sale over the finish line.<br><br>I can’t thank Anne-Marie, John, Allison and the rest of the team enough. They didn’t just sell my house, they restored my faith that there are estate agents out there who genuinely care about their clients.

14th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)The agent wouldn't respond to me. No communication whatsoever I had to chase them on group chat l and I am asking for updates and everybody is ignoring me. After months of advertising I messaged them to take my property offline and again there was no response again but the property was taken offline. They are strange bunch of people.
