1st Aug 2026 (10 days ago)We had an offer accepted on a property that we fell in love with, and Jamie pulled out all the stops to get our house on the market as quickly as possible so that we didn’t lose out on our purchase.<br>He was always responsive, whether by phone or text, whenever we had any queries or concerns, and he always did his best to resolve any issues that arose. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients.<br>The whole team was fantastic, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did for us throughout the whole process. We had a few setbacks along the way, but we got there in the end.<br>Thank you so much!

They are very professional and I was given updates regularly. They took the stress of selling and letting completely away. They go over and above to give confidence to the transactions. Steve and Alex were always available to talk to and were excellent in dealing with letting and selling. As a landlord they are very helpful when problems may arise with the property to help and give advice to resolve the issues. I would not hesitate to use them again.

8th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Instructed Dan on a probate property. From start to finish Dan did everything he could to make the process seamless and easy for us. Excellent photos and marketing resulted in four offers within three weeks. Dan looked after every aspect of the sale and even provided a central heating contact when the boiler needed replacing before sale. Couldn't praise him highly enough for the quality of the service and his professionalism.

They have continued to support us by helping the landlord managed the same property, and their responsiveness has always been appreciated. We are hoping they'll also help us find our next home.
17th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
