20th May 2025 (2 days ago)We recently rented a house through HS Estate Agents, and our experience was excellent. Renting a home in London has become increasingly challenging, but Georgina Peak made the entire process much easier. She provided all the essential information during the viewing and was proactive and supportive throughout the agreement process. She even negotiated with the landlord on our behalf for an early move-in, which we really appreciated. The handover of the keys and all necessary documents was smooth and hassle-free. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome kit from HS Estate Agents, which included some thoughtful goodies and useful vouchers — a great touch that made moving in feel even more special.

Then, unexpectedly, the seller decided not to go through with the sale, which I understood. However, the agency never followed up with me, nor did they make any effort to show me other properties as promised over the phone. Completely unreliable service—zero stars!”

12th Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)We've had a great experience so far with Shore Sales & Lettings, after getting quotes from two well known estate agents in Leigh-on-Sea, we decided to go with Shore Sales & Lettings to list our property after finding them by chance and I'm so glad we did. They definitely have more of a personal approach and communication from start to finish has been excellent, professional advice has been offered throughout and nothing has been too much trouble. Our property sold quickly and I honestly think this is down to their expertise. I would highly recommend to anyone in Leigh on Sea looking to sell.

8th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Today, I went for a viewing to rent a house with Advanced Gladiators property services. After the viewing, I expressed my interest in the property and was ready to make the payment immediately.???????? However, the staff informed me that she had around a hundred more customers scheduled for viewings and that she would submit all the details to the landlord for a decision.???????? I realised that she did not seem interested in offering me the property, and I don't understand why she needs to engage with other customers after I had already committed. I am really disappointed because I took half a day off for this viewing.???????? Thank you. --- Let me know if you need any more help!

I had spoken to him on the phone first and felt comfortable talking to him We had an open day on Saturday and today is Thursday and have got more than the asking price. Honestly I would recommend presidential estates 100% Thank you Stuart
