He truly goes above and beyond for his clients.<br>The whole team was fantastic, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did for us throughout the whole process. We had a few setbacks along the way, but we got there in the end.<br>Thank you so much!

They are very professional and I was given updates regularly. They took the stress of selling and letting completely away. They go over and above to give confidence to the transactions. Steve and Alex were always available to talk to and were excellent in dealing with letting and selling. As a landlord they are very helpful when problems may arise with the property to help and give advice to resolve the issues. I would not hesitate to use them again.

8th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Right from the first meeting Kimberley and her team were open, honest and transparent in all our dealings. In a difficult market we were having 2-3 viewings a week- all of which were undertaken by Beresfords staff. They answered emails promptly and were very welcoming when we popped into the branch for updates. This is the first time we have used an estate agent in 40 years and the experience has been good and when 'challenges' have come along the team have been very helpful and kept us in the loop.

Excellent photos and marketing resulted in four offers within three weeks. Dan looked after every aspect of the sale and even provided a central heating contact when the boiler needed replacing before sale. Couldn't praise him highly enough for the quality of the service and his professionalism.
