I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?

She made the whole transition very stress free, when I was in difficulties with arranging my mortgage I was able to just have chat with her, she took everything on board, didn’t feel rushed at all. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
