28th Feb 2020 (5 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. Absolutely unprofessional, disrespectful, cheap & discriminative service that this agency provides. Home owners pay them to have a part of full service. The tenants will have to deal with their own reference checks etc. as the agency is washing their hands when it comes to doing anything that they are getting paid for. After being passed onto a referencing agency who couldn't do their job properly, (which I now believe happened in collaboration with the agent of DPR as they didn't want to give us the flat ) we've been asked to get in touch with a 3rd party agency to sort out the problem. Why would you use two 3rd parties to do your reference checks? Later on the agent made is seem like it was all our fault (that their agency couldn't reference us properly) and they ahed contacted the landlord and suggested him not to go ahead with us. In all honesty, you guys better make a call to Trading Standards as well - I reported them already.The more of us the better.- 26th Nov 2021 (3 years ago)Fantastic agency I ever rented from, very good agents, specially Tariq, issues in the house always been resolved with quickness.

To say we had a very difficult buyer is an understatement, but Kelly and Kelly truly did go above and beyond to complete the sale of our house. Kelly Workman really did give what felt like a personal service to us at the most stressful time ever. She was totally invested in achieving our goal and we can’t thank her and the team enough. Absolute legends who were so professional and informative throughout, thankyou so so much x

26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

We had an outstanding experience through out the process Especially from Eugene & Georgea. They were so proactive in their responses via emails and phone calls. Answered all my queries in no time. The whole process was smooth, effortless and straightforward. I will recommend YourMove - Hornchurch to anyone, I will rate 10/10. Excellent service in each and every stage of the process.
31st Mar 2025 (11 weeks ago)Express agency. Took a long time to advertise my property. Poor quality viewers and don’t seem to be vetted properly, had to provide Own photos and deal with viewings myself and yet charged the 1.5% commission rate. Valuation completely innacurate and had to lower the price twice due to unfamiliarity of the local market. Never will i go for an online estate agency based in the north. That aspect of it should not be allowed. Potentially wasted 2 months of mortgage without rent due to poor level of standards from EXpress Agency. Had my house to sell as well and told them outright, I would never consider them again.

He was non-pressurising, offered genuine advice, made the process personable and made me feel at ease during a stressful and new process for a first-time buyer such as myself! I felt looked after and in good hands, Jack was approachable and accessible to get further advice throughout the process. It is a shame that he was unable to complete the process on my exchange date as he was away (which is absolutely fair!). However, the agent who was sent in on the day of the exchanging of keys was evidently completely clueless. Overall, I would recommend this estate agency!
