30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We have finally completed what turned out to be a particularly challenging transaction, and I would like to thank Karl Genchi, Branch Manager at Bairstow Eves Romford, for his outstanding support throughout the process.<br><br>There were significant delays and difficulties on the seller’s solicitor’s side, and Karl’s personal involvement, persistence and excellent communication made a real difference. He was proactive throughout, followed matters up consistently and did everything he could to keep the transaction moving.<br><br>Thanks to Karl’s support and determination, we were ultimately able to reach a successful completion.<br><br>As someone who works in the property industry myself, I particularly appreciate an estate agent who remains actively involved and committed when a transaction becomes complicated.<br><br>Thank you, Karl, for going above and beyond.

Charlie was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Every step was handled smoothly — from the first viewing, to negotiations, to the final handover — and I always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions I was making.What stood out most was Charlie’s communication and reliability. He was always available to answer questions, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made what can be a stressful journey feel straightforward and well?managed. We had a lot of challenges which they helped with so kindly and professionally. We also needed to view the property on multiple occasions and it was never too much bother for them. 15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)Disappointing Experience and Lack of Clear Communication<br>I am very disappointed with my experience with this estate agent.<br>When I agreed to proceed with the property purchase, the sellers clearly confirmed that they would move out on the completion date. The estate agent also confirmed this, which gave me confidence to move forward with the purchase.<br>Based on these assurances, I paid my solicitor for the property searches. Once the search results were received, I also booked and paid for a survey, committing further time and money to the process.<br>However, at this stage, the sellers suddenly informed us that their circumstances had changed and that they could no longer confirm when they would be able to move out. This was extremely frustrating, as the original arrangement had been clearly confirmed to us.<br>I contacted the estate agent hoping they would help resolve the situation, but unfortunately, the issue remained unresolved, leaving us in a very difficult and uncertain position.<br>I understand that circumstances can change, but when buyers are given clear assurances and make financial commitments based on them, I believe better communication, more careful handling, and greater support are essential.<br>Overall, this has been a very disappointing and stressful experience. I expected a much more professional approach and better support from the estate agent throughout the process. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they manage expectations and communicate with buyers in similar situations.
31st Oct 2026 (1 day ago)Wow! The tireless energy Sophie gave to both me and the clients who viewed my home was outstanding. I had many more viewings compared to the agents I had previously dealt with, showing how hard she will work for you. I was kept fully informed at all times, and when Sophie was not available the Lux teamwork kicked in and there was always someone else to help.<br><br>I don't believe you'll find a more professional yet fun person to deal with than Sophie - I highly commend her work ethic and approach, which made what can be a stressful time feel straightforward and totally supportive. Who knew selling a house could be fun!<br><br>I would 100% recommend Lux.

7th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very poor and unprofessional experience. I had two separate appointments booked - Friday and today (Monday) - with a confirmed reservation and a confirmation message. No one showed up on either day and no one called to inform me they weren't coming. When I called to ask, I was simply told they "forgot". Complete lack of respect for the customer's time. I would not recommend this company.

Jason , Millie , Sarah made me feel welcome and not just a number.<br>They made an appointment to view my property and soon came back with a draft of potential expectancies. Within no time at all I had viewings and a tenant. I couldn’t ask for a better service.<br>I was kept up to date with progress and everything went smoothly. Glad I choose Noble and would highly recommend these guys, if you want a first class service with polite and friendly staff and great communication these are the team to go with.

From the initial valuation, Tony showed an impressive knowledge of the local market and set a realistic, competitive price for our property. On our viewings we were kept updated after all viewings. Selling a house can be stressfull but the OC team made the whole process smooth, professional and relatively stress free. If you want an estate agent who works hard for their fee then look no further than OC Homes. Thanks to ALL you guys at OC Homes.

They got high class staffs who communicates very well, coordinates end to end. The property they show are by far best compared to other agents. One staff assigned to us was Rose Rojda. She has excellent sales and negotiation skills. Very skilled and I guess she is in this field for a while. Good job Rose..

Stewart has such knowledge and expertise of the housing market and is so friendly, professional and approachable. Despite the difficult market/climate, Stewart did his upmost to get a good sale for us and we are so grateful that Estate Agents like him exist. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
