1st Apr 2025 (14 weeks ago)Living over 100 miles away from my cousins house in Dore could have been a nightmare to sell but from the start Rob and his team were fantastic, putting me at ease, and handling all issues professionally and quickly. Informing me regularly, I am sure I could not have found a better estate agent anywhere- 11th Mar 2025 (17 weeks ago)Easy experience with Blundells even with us moving from Wales to Sheffield. Hannah and Jessica were great.

17th Jun 2025 (23 days ago)Unprofessional Conduct & Missed Appointments—Unacceptable Service. Twice now, I’ve attempted to get a valuation from this office, and twice, it's been a disaster. April: I canceled my valuation via email, yet the valuer still showed up—right as I was heading to an important meeting. Clearly, the staff failed to communicate internally. June: This time, my valuation was confirmed, yet the valuer never showed. No call, no email, no text—nothing. Completely unprofessional. When I called to find out what happened, I was connected to the same valuer, who outright accused me of booking multiple valuations. False. A complete fabrication. It’s clear he decided to leave me hanging as some kind of petty revenge for the first canceled appointment—an error by his own office, not me. To that valuer: Grow up. This isn’t a playground. It’s a business, and you’re supposed to act like a professional.

I felt 100% confidence leaving all the arrangements in their hands. I sold within the first week for more than my asking price. Very grateful for their expertise. Would highly recommend!
18th Dec 2024 (6 mo. ago)I was selling my mum and dad’s house. Sadly mum passed away and dad had to go into a care home. So having to sell the home in which I grew up in was very difficult. Thomas was amazing he and his team helped me through a very difficult time. The sale went through with out any problems. But after the sale Thomas knocked on our door and gave me an amazing picture of my mums house. It was so thoughtful but more than that it has given me something to keep. I don’t think any estate agent could have done that to someone who is having difficulty selling their parents home. All I can say is thank you so much Thomas and your team Karen
1st Jul 2025 (9 days ago)We were tenants with Bloor and Co for a couple of years and recently moved out after buying our own home. Throughout our time with them, they were absolutely brilliant. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and professional — special thanks to Maria and Joanne, who were always a pleasure to deal with. Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and it was clear they genuinely cared about both the property and us as tenants. Highly recommend!

There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
