Ben went above and beyond to support what was a tricky sale, and even post-sale is still helping settle a few things. I can’t give enough praise. Thank you, Ben, you made what could have been a nightmare, a somewhat seamless process.

I received several valuation visits but felt most at ease with Liz so put my trust in her and her team. Saxton Mee, and in particular Jill and Liz, have provided a very good service throughout. They found me a buyer within 2 weeks and the sale has now been achieved. Would recommend.
31st Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Redbrik chesterfield were very good compared to the previous estate agents. The bungalow was a probate sale and the buyer paid approx 20k less than the valuation however that was my choice to accept the offer as the executor of the property. Communication from Redbrik was excellent and they were very helpful and timely with responses to queries. I wish I had used them first.
7th Sep 2024 (12 days ago)I have recently bought my first property through blundells and the service was excellent!! Coming into the final few stages we had an issue with communications with the solicitors but Georgia was very transparent and honest and took the matters into her own hands. She gave me updates near enough every day and most importantly she was honest with me gave me all the right advice. Rishi the partnered mortgage advisor again was very transparent and honest, telling me what is and isn’t worth going for always showing the best options and giving the best advice and just being honest with me. They even gave me a little moving in care package which was such a lovely little gesture! Big thankyou to all the team at blundells would definitely recommend wether your a first time buyer or just looking for another property. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

28th Aug 2024 (22 days ago)Really supportive and responsive staff (particularly Ella who stayed in constant contact, making a usually stressful experience a lot easier). Couldn't complain about anything, even now that I've moved in I've received ongoing support, including getting all bills arranged in one convenient spot. Would definitely use William H brown again!

27th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have just been stood up for a viewing with William H Brown, which I had booked with the Banner Cross office. I rang the office after waiting outside the property for 10 minutes, and was assured that the agent Hayley had my number and was on her way down to see me. I rang again after another 10 minutes and was told the same again. I rang a third time after I had waited half an hour only to find that they had closed the office and gone home! I have just given up and gone home after an hour of waiting and no communication. Extremely disappointing and very unprofessional.

20th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)I recently sold my property through Dales & Peaks. When Hannah first viewed the property she came across as very business like with a no-nonsense, straight forward and friendly attitude. She gave a realistic evaluation and described the process clearly. The marketing material was first class. Having obtained an offer Hannah & Lucy were both great at moving things along, especially when the process would otherwise have got ‘stuck’. I was kept in the loop at all times and they were very quick to respond to my questions. The sale went through successfully. I can’t recommend Dales & Peaks enough and gladly give them five stars.

2nd Sep 2024 (17 days ago)Absolutely outstanding agent. Hunters of Chesterfield are definitely a massive class above the rest. We have been landlords for some years and was a bit apprehensive in using any other agent as we had been badly affected by an agent in Nottingham. However, even on the get go, this Agent came over so very professional, but at the same time amazingly down to earth. Genuine, caring, extremely supportive and outstandingly professional. At the same time of checking out a possible agent for our property, we tried two agents at the same time, asking in depth questions and complicated scenarios. Their response (Mat) was impeccably detailed, informative, honest and extremely sincere. These responses, plus the fact that their intense knowledge, confidence and maturity stood way above the other agent. The confidence of knowing that they would do an amazing job convinced us to use them above any other agent within Chesterfield. To sum up, we were not disappointed. They were able to find a tenant that suited us and our standards immediately. In fact the brochure did not even get chance to be published. They all supported us, listened to needs, advised us and provided a service that left us speechless. We were even trying to persuade them to help us with the properties we have in Nottingham. But, obviously they are from Chesterfield.... Will definitely use them again. So much so that we will be looking for properties in Chesterfield as opposed to Nottingham (which is where we currently reside). Not only does Mat give an impression of impeccable experience, knowledge and understanding, but the other awesome members of staff are truly amazing as well. A highly caring, supportive agency. Never did I have any problems when calling them to be hearing endless answerphone messages and not being able to get to speak to someone. Every single time, during this journey there was ALWAYS someone at the end of the line. THANK YOU. Always willing to go the extra mile to help, advice and support. AMAZING!!!! And Mat, as the owner, would always be available - and on the odd occasion that he was not, all his staff (Oscar and others knew everything and were able to inform as well... WOW!) Not only that, what they said they would do, they followed it through. Extremely reliable, caring, genuine, professional people. They have such a warm and caring approach that it gives off a lovely, caring family vibe. Honestly, I have never found another agent with such professionalism, care and genuine support! Please don't hesitate to try Hunters at Chesterfield. I have done the research already for you. I have even carried out an interview with this agency and another. It was not an easy interview and with lots of cross-examining of scenarios that a Landlord would face and how they, as an agent would deal with it. They had definitely past the test with flying colours.. DYNAMIC! Don't hesitate to try them today. You will be seriously blown away!! Tell them that you saw my review and they come highly, and seriously recommended. (Note I am a perfectionist and very, very particular - but they blew me away with their confidence care, knowledge and professionalism. Mat and the rest of the team, THANK YOU HEAPS!! 24th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)It’s good to see a 4.9 review rating so I’m surprised that I experienced less than satisfactory courtesy when I enquired about the square footage of a property only to be told it is not something they have details of! I was not offered a brochure at the time, which gives measurements, the request was declined to add them up and it was suggested I ask the vendor at the viewing! During my initial enquiry to the office about the property by phone, the background noise by other members of staff was so loud I had trouble hearing my conversation. Hattie’s valuation on my property was very efficient.

We met Phil when we wanted advice on selling our flat and then went on to sell our home through EweMove. Our experience of estate agents in the past has generally been a disappointing one - they have come across as slick (in a not especially good way), not especially pro-active and relatively disinterested. We kind of tolerate or accept this because we think that 'they are all the same'. Categorically, Phil is not like this. He took a personal interest in us as a couple, was eager to discuss what we wanted to achieve with the sale of our house and when we were undecided about what price to put our house on the market for, it was Phil who pushed us to go for the higher figure - 'because the house is worth it' The whole experience was professional - the guy who took the photos was brilliant - again, Phil was present to ensure that the photos were ideal plus he produced an excellent walk through video. The house went on the market on Wednesday, we had a number of viewings next day, with more scheduled for the Friday and Saturday. The house was sold on the Friday for £5,000 more than the offers above price. We completed last Friday, eight weeks later. Through this time, Phil has kept on top of events liaising with solicitors and purchasers. While the sale was going through, I ended up in hospital for a significant operation. Phil regularly messaged me to check up on me and see how I was doing. This is above and beyond anything that I have experienced from an estate agent - ever! In summary, Phil is industrious, pro-active, clearly loves his job and is an absolutely lovely human being.

Davis Tate did a great job of keeping us all informed throughout, chasing both buyers and sellers solicitors and 'opposing' agents. Great service thank you. Will be back for the next one
