13th Apr 2025 (10 weeks ago)I can't believe it's been 2 weeks already since we picked up the keys to our beautiful little cottage. We are so so happy that Jill was the one who helped us with the viewings, the purchase (for which she pulled out all the stops!!!), the negotiation and so very much more. She always had a smile (and a laugh) with us and nothing was too much trouble for her. She became our 'professional friend', always going the extra mile to advise and support us during our house-buying journey. We are going to miss her. Thank you for everything Jill xxx
10th Jun 2025 (11 days ago)Would like to say a big thank you to Redbrick chesterfield. Starting with Chloe Mackenzie who came out to value the property. Then to Ben Hall who helped us with the viewing and offers. Would highly recommend Redbrick to anyone selling or buying a property. They guided us through every step. It was my husbands family home in Dronfield they helped to sell, his parents and family lived there for 70 plus years was very sad to let go but with Chloe Ben and the rest of the staffs help it was made easier. Big thank you to all from the Gregory family.

11th Jun 2025 (10 days ago)I called in to show my interest about a property which went up for letting. 23/05: call in to book a viewing, was told that there wasn’t a viewing date yet, and they took my contact and said they would tell me when there’s a date for viewing. 26/05: called in again myself to check and finally get a booking for my viewing. The agent didn’t call me when they got the date for viewing. 27/05: they called me to said it was fully booked without knowing that I booked in the day before. Which shows they have little intentions of actually contacting me when they got the date for viewing like they promised when I first moved in. 28/05: the viewing was 14:20. They called me at 14:01 to cancel the viewing as they couldnt get the key working to get in the place. I agreed to rearranging the viewing to 30/05. I asked if I could pay the holding deposit immediately to get the viewing sorted. I even agreed to lose the holding deposit if I don’t like the place when I see it. They refused and wanted to see me. I suggested if I could go see them in Chesterfield, they refused and said it wouldnt be fair for other people who booked the viewing. Even though they canceled on me 20 mins prior to the viewing and I had to travel all the way from Nottingham. 30/05: this is the viewing date got rearranged. They called again to cancel with the reason that the tenent is still in there so they can’t organise the viewing. They also promised I would be the first one to get booked in for another viewing. I never heard from them again. About a week later, the property advertised on Rightmove got marked as let agreed. It clearly shows their lack of care for their customer and the bad communications they have with potential tenants.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. Valuation perfect - valued it at more than I expected but achieved their valuation with a great deal of interest generated. Sold within two weeks! Kept me informed of viewings and enquiries.
