27th Nov 2024 (21 weeks ago)Staff are fab and really approachable. Have got everything done really quickly, we have bought and sold through them. Photos looked great & the people showing us around houses were really knowledgeable and approachable. Felt like they gave good advice when we were selling ours The only thing I’m not too keen on is their Securemove scheme where you pay £600 when your offer is accepted for the searches, which are subsequently duplicated by the solicitors, but not much you can do about it if you want to buy through them.
10th May 2022 (2 years ago)Crapper and Haigh Swallownest were amazing from my first visit by John Francis to value my house to the girls in the office who agreed a sale in 3 days well above the asking price and kept in regular contact with me until we completed. They were always there when I needed them and always returned my calls.

18th Dec 2024 (18 weeks ago)I was selling my mum and dad’s house. Sadly mum passed away and dad had to go into a care home. So having to sell the home in which I grew up in was very difficult. Thomas was amazing he and his team helped me through a very difficult time. The sale went through with out any problems. But after the sale Thomas knocked on our door and gave me an amazing picture of my mums house. It was so thoughtful but more than that it has given me something to keep. I don’t think any estate agent could have done that to someone who is having difficulty selling their parents home. All I can say is thank you so much Thomas and your team Karen

So don’t recommend at all…
