You have been very polite, thoughtful and considerate every time. It made it much easier for me to contact you when I had any issues during my tenancy. Right to the very end now I'm moving to another property you have been so supportive, I have really enjoyed your connection and your way of working with customers. Brilliant.!

17th Jun 2025 (7 mo. ago)Unprofessional Conduct & Missed Appointments—Unacceptable Service. Twice now, I’ve attempted to get a valuation from this office, and twice, it's been a disaster. April: I canceled my valuation via email, yet the valuer still showed up—right as I was heading to an important meeting. Clearly, the staff failed to communicate internally. June: This time, my valuation was confirmed, yet the valuer never showed. No call, no email, no text—nothing. Completely unprofessional. When I called to find out what happened, I was connected to the same valuer, who outright accused me of booking multiple valuations. False. A complete fabrication. It’s clear he decided to leave me hanging as some kind of petty revenge for the first canceled appointment—an error by his own office, not me. To that valuer: Grow up. This isn’t a playground. It’s a business, and you’re supposed to act like a professional.
12th Jan 2026 (11 days ago)I had a really bad experience when buying my property with this agency 4 years ago. The woman who worked there Alanah Leech wasn't doing her job properly and it cost us a lot. We agreed to buy a house in spring and agency was saying they waiting documents to fill from seller. Only in autumn we received it but right at that time our mortgage agreement was about to expire so we couldn't spend more time to look around so we bought property. Then we spoke with seller and she done her papers in the spring and agency was telling to her that we didn't filled our part of papers and didn't paid deposit when actually it was all done in spring. So they lie for both sides. I suggest always try to speak with seller directly avoid this nonsense. I believe not everyone who works in this company as useless as was this woman Alanah leech, if you got her don't expect nice speedy job. Every time we called she lied she didn't receive anything from seller yet.

We were impressed with the speed the property was marketed and potential viewers identified and visits fixed. We anticipate a swift turnaround in tenancies at a realistic market rent.

As a first-time buyer, the whole mortgage process felt overwhelming, but Carla made everything so clear, smooth, and stress-free from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always took the time to explain every step in a way I could easily understand. Thanks to her dedication and efficiency, I was able to buy my first house and move in far quicker than I ever expected. She was always on hand to answer questions, chase things up, and provide reassurance whenever needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Carla truly went above and beyond! Thank you for your exceptional service and support!

Your service has been amazing. I’d honestly say, we couldn’t have done it without you. All your hard work has paid off and we love our new home. Thank you also to the other staff who I’m sure worked tirelessly behind the scenes too. Service was efficient and friendly and whenever I phoned someone was always there to help. Queries were dealt with in a timely manner. Thank you

They all went above and beyond to help the sale proceed as quick as possible, emotionally through a difficult time. Tallulah was so patient and understanding and regularly kept in contact with me and moved things along as much as possible. The offer an outstanding service and a personal touch, nothing was ever too much trouble. I wouldn’t ever recommend another estate agents than these! Truly are the A team!

All the staff (especially Jess and Deanna) have always been extremely friendly, professional and helpful with any issues I’ve ever had. All the moving in/moving out procedures were done really efficiently with really helpful communication throughout. I’ve dealt with different maintanence issues when living in the flat and they’ve always been so helpful and attentive with instructing contractors right away to fix anything. And a shoutout to Jess L for all her help throughout my tenancy, she’s made the experience really postive and a seamless process. Thank you to all of the team!
7th May 2024 (1 year ago)I had a pleasant stay throughout the year and 6 months plus,from the moment I stepped in their offices I met one agent namely muktah,he was very helpful,a very kind man who knows how to communicate with people,if u have issues he will always be there to help,in life u can never predict ur future,sometimes u hit rock bottom and if u don't have an agent who undestands your struggles you'll definitely have a rough time in the property,i recommend Hallam Hills to a friend whose looking for a place to stay,ask for muktah when u step in their offices you'll never regret it,he's the best of the best ????.

21st May 2025 (8 mo. ago)We have used Kelham Square for several years now to handle our rental portfolio, we have always found them very good and efficient. We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.

Lewis's advice on prepping the house for sale was key, the valuation proved to be accurate and we achieved above asking price. The whole team were very helpful throughout, great communication and professionalism helped us complete the sale on target for our buyers to get in before Xmas !
