15th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)We’re currently in the process of a formal Subject Access Request and deposit dispute with this agency. At the initial viewing, the agent openly apologised for the poor condition of the property, specifically mentioning the unpleasant smell of wet dog and the previous tenant’s paintwork. Because these issues were acknowledged by the agency themselves, we didn’t feel the need to raise a formal complaint. Instead, we resolved the problems ourselves, trusting that this goodwill would be reflected at the end of the tenancy. Sadly, that hasn’t been the case. We’re now facing what we feel are unjustified deposit deductions, and are currently seeking full documentation under GDPR. If needed, we will escalate to the ICO and TDS. We’ll update this review depending on how the situation is handled going forward.
10th Apr 2025 (10 weeks ago)HRT were terrible. I sold the property privately myself as they were willing to give the property away for 10’s of thousands less than the asking price as I assume they just want their commission upon sale. Would not recommend

It had been advertised with another agent for months (with no interest) but within a few days of going live with Peter Morgan we were under offer following a first viewing. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter Morgan Estate Agents in Neath. All staff were quick to respond to questions. Thank you all.

From day one, Carys (the owner) made me feel completely cared for and supported, especially as I was living on my own. She was always approachable, kind, and available whenever I needed her. What truly stood out was how safe she made me feel. No matter the issue—big or small—she always reassured me that everything would be okay. Whether it was a maintenance concern or a financial worry, Carys never made me feel like a burden. She consistently found solutions and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and secure. Now that I’ve bought my own home, I look back on my time renting with such appreciation. Carys didn’t just manage a property—she genuinely cared. I couldn’t have asked for a better first renting experience, and I can’t thank her enough for the positive impact she’s had on me.

From the outset, Andy was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive—always available to answer questions, even outside of standard working hours, which really helped put us at ease. He sold our house quickly and kept us well-informed every step of the way. One thing we particularly appreciated as a family with young children was how thoughtfully Andy and Nicola handled viewings. They organised a well-structured open day, which meant we didn’t have constant disruptions and could plan around it easily. It made the whole experience much more manageable for us. The marketing was also excellent—Andy brought in a top-quality photographer and videographer, and the end result really helped our home stand out to today’s buyers. If you're looking for a professional, communicative, and family-aware estate agent who truly goes the extra mile, we can’t recommend Andy highly enough.

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.
