22nd Jul 2021 (2 years ago)The valuation was questionable. We had one sales person who was very communicative but overall the service was not good. The people sent to show buyers around were not professional.

6th May 2024 (7 days ago)Really, really poor communication skills, outdated, expecting telephone communication at any random time of the day. Not communicating well via E-mail, which becomes really tedious. When communicating via telephone, not listening, talking over, and most of that communication talking about her own personal issues (ie work related stress, etc..) which we found quite unprofessional. If one is not fit for work health wise, then they should look into another line of work. Also constant pressure with no objective reason becomes really exhausting! This is a note to sellers, this agent will push away your buyer with all the above. All in all really poor service, sale fell through due to the above.

12th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)No communication. I needed to ring to get any updates one viewing in 6 months. Shop only open till lunchtime on a Saturday. Went 3 times to speak with them, on a Saturday and the shop was closed. Before lunchtime reduced price one week later went into the shop to tell them that the property was still full price in their window. paid nearly £900. For pictures and one media post on rightmove. So not good value for money.which I cant get anything back I needed to ask for my contract which they emailed to me after six months,to find out that no money would be given back not told this when I signed. Property does not sell its self need a good agent to push your property and tell you full details before you sign agreement.

22nd Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)One of the most reliable, efficient and trustworthy company that I have experienced as a landlord. I have known Sacha Scott agency since 2017 and they have looked after a few properties of mine. I am always impressed how hard they work, they communicate very well and keep me updated regularly and efficiently. They look after my tenants with care and make sure that any maintenance issue is properly sorted. I feel safe having them on board, knowing that they are looking after my tenants and my properties with professionalism and dedication. I highly recommend them to manage your property.

10th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)Estate agents often get a bad name, but Cromwells in Cheam Village have been brilliant. In particular, Nicky Gilbert at Cromwells has been a complete godsend. We had a really difficult purchase and she consistently chased its progress and kept us updated (and kept me calm!), all the while placating our own buyers. I can not thank her enough and can not sing her praises high enough! Many thanks to Nicky (a real asset to the company) and all at Cromwells. I really believe that without Nicky's expertise our chain would have collapsed and we would have had to start all over again.
30th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
