Will never use Your Move again because of unpleasant encounter with agent Sarah who is incredibly rude, blames you for her own mistakes and is generally a nightmare to deal with. Have only experienced the company through this one agent and this has given us a very negative view of the company.
Having limited experience as a landlord. Sophie was there to put my concerns and worries to one side, and I was soon able to have a good working relationship with her and the various team members.
There was initially a lot of information to absorb, but Sophie and James put my mind at ease with there professional guidance through the letting process.
The whole team come across as very friendly, and I feel reassured and confidant that as a landlord I can relax knowing I'm in safe hands.

What a terrible experience. During the sale of our house there were 3 people that left. No one new what was going on in the office and we had to continuously chase and push things along. Not to mention after all of it all our post was taken to the office to only be thrown away and not disclosed of properly, leaving us with chasing utility companies to settle bills etc.. I definitely do NOT recommend the Haart Sutton branch at all...very unprofessional from management to staff...
I visited the office to get some information on the procedure for renting my house and found the office to be very welcoming. I was greeted politely and given lots of useful information. Will definitely be back!!!
Manager was extremely pushy with me, trying to forcing me to offer on something unsuitable for my needs. Didn’t care that it wasn’t right or the fact that we had found somewhere else. He demanded to no where the other property was, how much we had offered and why. Left a bad taste in my mouth, he doesn’t listen . Viewing I had with Charles was spot on, conducted perfectly shame manager spoilt a otherwise perfect experience. Graham stop treating customers poorly, we would have recommended you to friend.
Positive, proactive and professional, right from the start, Rob, Tom and the team at Laurels gave our property sale 100%.
After being on the market for over 6 months with another estate agent and reducing the price twice, our sale had fallen through. Laurels came in, marketed the house with fantastic new photographs and managed to sell it within about ten days at a higher price!
Fantastic service all round. These guys actually do go the extra mile. Can't recommend them enough.
A thoroughly stressful and unpleasant experience using Laurels. Rob at Laurels repeatedly let us down whilst marketing our property, Was unresponsive, often not responding to calls or emails. We have some suspicions of being misled or worse, lied to, regarding offers received on our property. I should stress these are suspicions at this stage and investigations into this are ongoing. In our opinion, the poor service from Rob at Laurels cost us a perfect home to move into and almost lost the seller of this home thousands of pounds through loss of a deposit. My personal recommendation would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and go with agents with a long track record of excellent customer service. In Epsom, Cairds are a much better agent in my opinion and charge the same fees as Laurels, or Greenfields in the Surbiton area. Please don’t be misled by the notion that Laurels are much cheaper than well established High Street Agents are this certainly wasn’t the case in my experience. My advice, avoid.
