8th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)A few months ago my partner had Robyn pop round to give me a valuation of my property,I felt he received unprofessional service and an unsettling prejudice from Robyn.<br><br>He hinted that he would find tenants we want specifically even hinting he wouldn't rent to tenants who cook certain foods, showing a complete lack of modern understanding.<br><br>Robyn was dismissive and tried so shrug off and change subject to different point but it made me feel uncomfortable that he picks and chooses he rents properties too, for some landlord they may like this but I felt it was unfair to tenants looking hence we went elsewhere<br><br>I’m sure the rest of team are fine but worth keeping in mind

What I really appreciate is that she doesn’t just acknowledge an issue, she makes an effort to find a solution and follows up when needed to make sure things are sorted.<br><br>From our experience with previous property managers, I feel that Sarese is the right person for this role. She made the whole experience feel much easier from day one, always taking the time to listen, understand what we needed, and respond quickly whenever we had a question. Robbie was incredibly proactive and went out of her way to make things happen, from organising viewings around our availability to sharing advice and guidance that was genuinely useful throughout the process. We always felt kept in the loop and supported, and her friendly, reassuring approach made a real difference. From the first time we spoke until after I moved in, I found her warm, diligent and thorough in the handling of the matters. Purchasing a flat is particularly long and at times stressful process, however, her warmth and competency, made things look easier and did an excellent job. She was approachable, skilled and naturally a problem solver. She was sure to return calls whenever she said she will, her communication was clear and her working style is agile — all of it made the purchasing process a lot more easier.<br><br>Petya is an absolute gem for the company and I'd 100% reccomend anyone looking to purchase a property to have their first conversation with her.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Tariq and Riccardo who were both professional and helpful on occasions we interacted. Most recently, they sold our property remarkably quickly.<br>A huge thank you to Paul and the team for their professionalism, support, and excellent communication throughout. 10th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)LANDLORDS BEWARE!! I posted this in 2022 but it was somehow deleted so I’m posting it again.<br>We found the Belvoir office in Carshalton Beeches to be very inexperienced - the owner and staff are new to the business and when things go wrong they have no idea how to handle it. Their vetting/referencing processes were totally inadequate. We have lost over £10,000 in unpaid rent, cleaning and legal costs as a result or their inadequate referencing. Belvoir, and their referencing agent Let Alliance, gave our prospective tenants a “pass” on the referencing report and it subsequently turned out that those prospective tenants had faked their payslips, faked their employment and were fraudsters! Belvoir/Let Alliance refused to acknowledge their mistake or accept liability. We will NEVER use Belvoir again, nor any letting agent that uses Let Alliance as a referencing agent.
10th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)The viewing itself went smoothly, and Paula was already there when I arrived and explained everything very well.<br><br>However, I was really disappointed with the property. Based on the photos, I expected the house to be much bigger. More importantly, it is advertised as a two-bedroom property, but I honestly would not consider the second room a bedroom. It is such a small, square space that you cannot even fit a bed in it. In my opinion, if a room cannot accommodate a bed, it should not be advertised as a bedroom.<br><br>I think it would be much more accurate to describe the property as a one-bedroom house with an office or storage room, rather than a two-bedroom house. I believe this is important for potential tenants to know before arranging a viewing, as the current description gives a misleading impression of the property.

From the first meeting his attention to detail and professionalism was clear and this continued at every stage - from the quality of the online listings for my flat, proactive communication and project management of the process to a successful sale in line with the timeline and asking price I had in mind. It's a stressful process but was made infinitely smoother with Chris' help and expertise.

From the first viewing of our rental property, to the onboarding process and then the quick responses when we've needed - have found them super easy to deal with. A nice change from renting via one of the large corporates.

They helped us sell our flat, and the service we received from start to finish was exceptional.<br><br>Having had a disappointing experience with our previous estate agent working with Butlers was a breath of fresh air.<br><br>From day one, they were proactive, responsive and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best possible outcome. They kept us regularly updated, stayed in touch without us having to chase, and openly discussed different strategies and options with us throughout the process. We always felt informed and supported, but never pressured into making any decisions.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Liam, who led our sale and has been absolutely outstanding. 20th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unfortunately we did not sell our house and have now relisted elsewhere.We only had one viewing .Goodfellows as a team were good and not their fault my house did not sell . However ,my real issue was lack of communication . A once a week call to tell us no viewings booked was not helpful and strategies should have been recommended /discussed . The photos of house were great mind you !
