Their kind consideration and sensitivity regarding the specific needs of my elderly parents moving for the first time since 1961 has been so appreciated. They have given us quality advice with regard to a realistic sales strategy and kept us well informed about subsequent viewings and given solid, honest feedback. The whole team have been so professional, efficient and always approachable. We are delighted that we have just accepted an offer after being on the market for a short time. It’s life changing for us, as we are now able to move forward and bring our family together under one roof.

We first instructed Cubitt & West Sutton to market a refurbished flat for us in June 2018. The property was sold very quickly at the full asking price and due to the speed of the sale, excellent customer service and the regular updates we received we did not hesitate to appointed them to sell our other properties. To date they have agreed sales on 3 properties for us, all of which have now successfully exchanged contracts. I am surprised at some of the negative reviews they have received and would encourage prospective customers over look these comments. As a property developer I deal with estate agents on a daily basis and I cannot find fault with the service I have received. All staff are polite and courteous, they provide ongoing regular updates both online, via telephone and email which continues through to completion (all within 6 weeks). The staff have gone out of their way to conduct viewings out of hours and we have even had messages from the manager in the evening where she had continued to chase paperwork from a buyer who had been uncontactable during the day. Every sale has its ups and downs with difficult solicitors, buyers and sellers and rarely to things always go to plan, however you really do notice the difference when you deal with agents who really know what they are doing and genuinely care about the outcome. My experience has been excellent and I look forward to working with them to sell our next development in 2019.
Bad communication skills and customer service is very poor
Just agreed to buy a house through Burn and Warne, amazing service. Excels in communicating with clients whoever they may be. The staff always have a smile on their face. Burn & Warne always exceeds the expectation levels of customer service that I hoped for. If I could give over five stars, I would.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GIVING YOUR PROPERTY TO SALE TO THIS AGENTS AS THEY HAVE GOT PROPERTIES FOR SALE SINCE LAST YEAR WHICH THEY HAVEN'T SOLD YET? THE SALES MANAGER IS VERY RUDE AND THAT EXPLAINS WHY HE CAN'T SALE ANYTHING AT ALL?

Leaders at Sutton have been fantastic from start to finish. Purchased my first flat through them and when your new to this stuff it can be a bit daunting. Ellie, Esther and Daniel were fantastic and went the extra mile to help with queries.
Daniel was brilliant leading up to exchange, completion communicating with myself and the seller about frustrations and egging on the solicitors to get cracking. Fantastic team and could not recommend them highly enough. A HUGE thanks ladies and gents for all your hard work!!

*DO NOT ISSUE JONES WITH YOUR PROPERTY KEYS AT ANY TIME.
* DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT JONES SAYS TO YOUR FACE.
* WE HAD TO GET OUR PROPERTY LOCKS CHANGED & PAID FOR BY HIS AREA MANAGER AFTER OUR COMPLAINTS ABOUT JONES.
