Late for the first viewing for 10min and not even say I'm sorry..
We had two vewings with her on the same day and she was very unprofessional, rude and to lazy to do her job. When we had few questions about property she was like "I don't know " " Don't understand what you mean ' or checking her phone... When we find the property that we really like and took a day off from work to see it first thing in the morning she called us 20min before meeting her that the property is now gone and she is cancelling the viewing...
Very poor customer service
Very good service provided by Louise, always on hand to answer any questions and kept informed throughout the whole process of finding a tenant for our property.
They took a 12 month tenancy fee from us however the tenant only stayed for 6 months. Have been asking for our other 6 months to be refunded and still no response. Beware some of their staff don’t have basic grammar or communication skills and are extremely pushy when dealing with clients. To their credit there’s Mandy-Sue who is helpful some of the time.
Having met Jodie Chamberlain when she first came to value my mum's house, I was at once impressed by her friendly, professional manner. She gave excellent advice, confirming whether I should decorate and re-carpet the house. She stayed in touch with me until I was able to say the house was finally ready to market. Having signed the paperwork last Wednesday afternoon, she kept me informed at every step of the preparation until house went on the market Friday. By today we had an acceptable offer, from buyers who were in a position to proceed quickly. She had already lined up many more viewings and it hadn't even gone live on the internet yet, so I'm confident we could have sold it several times over. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Very disappointed, first they book view last week and agent unable to open the main door so we cannot view propert .
Than second time view on 18 th december @ 2:00pm no one has come yet it been 2.45pm noe .

5 months after leaving property we still dont have our deposit and now they are ignoring our emails. Disgusting
I used Foxtons to sell my property in January, on a commission free special offer basis as it was the launch of a new branch. I was quite surprised at how enthusiastic and professional they were considering my previous bad experiences with estate agents, especially as I wasn't paying a fee and thought I would probably receive a low rate service? This definitely wasn't the case, Florence and Will were great at giving me feedback after each viewing, kept me well informed of the progress of the sale along the way and I was treated as if I was a full commission paying customer, I would highly recommend Foxtons and would use them again in the future!!

They also DELETE BAD Reviews & Lettings Manager is very RUDE.
