Their service was astonish and even all the team at the Sutton branch always able to respond and accomodate my question and request. I have signed up with them the Sequence home package which was great as they help me through my morgage and provided me with a solicitors. Really happy and i would highly recommend them. A bunch of kids pretending to be estate agents. Did not respond with confirmation for viewing. Phone on the following day, and book viewing, then nobody turn up to show the property. Vendors avoid you will loose your money, and your property will be soled not for a potencial highest offer. Unprofessional business practice.

My flat has been let through Leaders since 2000 and I cannot praise them enough for their efficiency. I wish they had branches in other parts of the country as I would recommend them to everyone! Since Leaders, and particularly Christine Reed, has looked after my property I have never had a second's worry that it would not be looked after properly. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
Leaders in Sutton, Surrey do not look after their landlords, especially after Jacqui left.
They were unable to tell if the tenants were subletting after multiple inspections although only it took me a few moments my one visit (by looking at the mail). They were very unsupportive when I decided to claim (successfully) against the deposit for the multiple damages to the point which they appeared to be taking sides with the tenants.
For basic explanation of the monthly statement, I was spoken to abruptly and even rudely that I had to complain to the manager.
Over the course of the tenancy, I did not feel that they were justifiably earning their fees.
As soon as the tenants moved out, I changed letting agencies.
