4th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)Nicola & Grant were both very helpful throughout the instruction and marketing stages, though once a buyer was found we felt the follow-ups regarding chasing of the purchaser & his solicitor was lacking somewhat, otherwise this review would be 5*. Having said that, once completion dates were being mentioned they were helpful in making sure that all parties involved were singing from the same hymn sheet. It was also new to us that the purchaser paid their fees rather than us as a vendor, which, whilst unconventional in the general property market, has apparently worked well for them for a number of years & was definitely a bonus to us. I would certainly use them again.

She is evicting 5 tenants from Vernon Road and other tenants. 16 properties with children!<br><br>Refusing to meet with the union.<br>Documentary will be released soon and action will be taken for the lack of compassion she has had for the families with children.
25th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

It is very likely that the sale would have fallen through were it not for the Estate Agents and Sales Progression team, who have been fantastic throughout. Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.

21st Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.

Everything was handled efficiently, from the paperwork to answering all our questions promptly and clearly. Moving house can be stressful, but they made the whole process smooth, organised, and much easier for us. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure everything was sorted properly. We truly appreciated all their support and hard work. Thank you both for making our move-in experience such a positive one we would highly recommend your services to anyone.
18th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Unfortunately I can't recommend Belvoir. After an impressive initial presentation on how they would market my property, communication dropped off sharply once I signed the contract. I had to email them multiple times whenever I wanted an update or needed to chase an action from their end. When I received an offer I considered too low and rejected it, the branch manager rolled her eyes at me - an unacceptable way to treat a client. The due diligence on proof of funds was also poorly handled. I was told funds were available, then that they were in Russia, then that they had been in the UK all along. I'm still not sure whether this was incompetence or a cover-up. From offer acceptance to exchange and completion took six months, and progress only happened when I threatened to pull the sale and move to another agent. I can see that Belvoir has received many positive reviews, and I'm glad others have had good experiences. This has simply not been mine as a vendor. I have no doubt Belvoir will have their own response to this - but it is my honest account.

From the moment we put our house on the market, Nikki, Orla and Jasmine from the Reigate office were absolutely fantastic. Their communication was exceptional throughout the entire process, we never found ourselves chasing for updates or wondering what was happening. They were always one step ahead, keeping us informed and making everything feel effortless. Within just two weeks, they had secured two excellent offers, and our house sold incredibly quickly. What really stood out, though, was how personal the experience felt. We never felt like just another client being moved through a process. We felt genuinely supported by a team of real people who cared about getting the best outcome for us. The RJ team made it feel (what could have been a very stressful experience) smooth, straightforward and surprisingly easy. We would recommend Ralph James without hesitation. He and James at the Wallington branch didn't add any pressure and made dealing with estate agents a pleasurable experience with no drama or pressure. Mum bought her flat through Andrews almost 30 years ago and I was happy to deal with them on its sale.
