23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)We meet Grant Brown and Nicola MacDonald from Choices estate agents when looking for a property. Our search was in the Sanderstead, South Croydon, Purely and Caterham areas which there South Croydon branch covers. From our first contact with Grant he took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for and this ultimately led us to the lovely house we now own. We had been looking for a while with other agents and had started to feel like we were waisting our time. Grant then talked with us about a lady’s property that was just about to come off the market it sounded perfect for us! He managed to get us in for a viewing really quickly . The house was just what we were looking for! Grant and Nicola were very helpful and professional throughout the process. communication was excellent. Any issues answered quickly and throughly. It was a very positive experience with Nicola and Grant. Thank you both very much

She was proactive, communicative, and genuinely helpful in pushing things along, which made a big difference during what could have been a much more frustrating experience. It’s clear she takes her role seriously and actually looks to support tenants. Really appreciated her help.
25th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)Christies did a lot of research to ensure the valuation was realistic and achievable - the marketing materials were excellent - the viewings process was straightforward, we always knew what has happening and when. As Christies have a few offices in the area our property had maximum buyer exposure which has resulted in a good offer that we have accepted within one month of launch. Thanks Perry and team.

What I like the most about it is that the staff were very helpful especially ( Callum Murphy ) and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. They were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any queries I had. I’m really happy with my new home and the service provided.

I dealt with Sky and Danielle, who were both professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with throughout. They were always responsive and kept me well informed at every stage, and their guidance and support were second to none. 21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)BUYERS BEWARE: Bought a house through Greenaway. Worst experience we've had with estate agents. Ross was very unpleasant, quite rude and we're glad we spoke directly to the sellers in the end. Ross even lied to us, saying that there is plumbing already installed for a dishwasher when in fact there is not anything in place for a dishwasher at all Edit: Claiming to not see any purchase made by me is another example of Greenaway lying, this time in an attempt to cover misconduct of their employees. It would seem to me that lying is a common trait at Greenaway.

He took the time to understand my preferences and needs before carefully selecting several suitable properties for me to view. He arranged all the viewings on the same day with excellent timing, which meant I didn’t have to waste time waiting and could move smoothly from one property to the next. Although the properties I viewed were not quite right for me, I was very impressed with Matt’s professionalism and approach. I would definitely return to him in the future when I’m ready to continue my search.

22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)We saw a house that we were very much interested in viewing. I phoned up in the afternoon to get through to Nigel. House buying can come across as a bit of a lottery. Nigel made the process easy, because he has a warm, friendly, funny and helpful character. After the viewing, I registered my keen interest in the property. We maintained contact while i was waiting to sell. I can honestly say that i would never have got the house without his help. Overall, he is an excellent estate agent that I can recommend with absolute confidence. Would also like to give a big shout out to Lewis, Dane, Rosie, Tamsin for professionalism and hard work getting us over the line. So greatful. Many Thanks. Buy with Cubitt and West with confidence. Our house sale and purchase with them went very smoothly and was even enjoyable. There is a very family-like atmosphere in the office, and it truly felt like we were dealing with good friends who were always on our side. Their support and communication throughout the process were excellent. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all your help, Richard, Paul, Sophie, and the entire Folklands team. You are the best!

They were professional throughout the entire process and communication was spot on at all times. Particular thanks to Liam who was excellent. We had an issue come up in the process which could have derailed our sale, he immediately looked for solutions to save the sale and prevented a lot of stress.

From start to finish, their professionalism and communication really stood out. The check-out process was clearly explained well in advance, which made preparing for the move much less stressful. They provided a helpful checklist and were always available to answer any questions I had, responding promptly and politely every time. On the day of the inspection, everything was handled fairly and transparently. The agent was punctual, respectful, and took the time to walk through the property with me, ensuring I understood any points being noted. There were no surprises, and I felt the whole process was conducted with honesty and integrity. I was especially impressed with how quickly my deposit was processed and returned. Any minor deductions were clearly justified, and the breakdown was easy to understand. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring experience during what can often be a stressful time. I would definitely recommend this letting agent to others and wouldn’t hesitate to rent through them again in the future.

They could recommend a good broker and solicitor to us and were always approachable and happy to answer our many questions. They also had great knowledge of the area and were very flexible to show us different properties in the area we were interested in. All in all, every member of the team was helpful and simply lovely to talk to. All of this made the house buy so pleasant. Thank you, Loft team!
