31st Mar 2021 (3 years ago)Avoid this Company at all costs. 4 times their tenants have flooded 2 flats below causing £30k + worth of damages and not once have they had the decency to apologise. The 2 affected flats have a key worker in one and an 85 year cancer patient in the other. There were 4 tenants in a one bed flat contravening tenancy rules. 2 were removed but 1 has moved back in so still contravening tenancy rules. Because they are receiving rent they have no interest in what the tenants are up to. The lady that owns the flat lives in Spain and has not made any contact either. A sham of a Company and if you are looking to let your flat, avoid these at all costs.
4th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)I cannot speak more highly of the team at Ashtead. I sold my house and the whole process was handled professionally and as smoothly as possible. I really liked the personal service and the “genuine” approach, especially having moved the house sale from one of the competitors in the area. Dan and the team were always super helpful and responded quickly to any questions or queries that I had. I also purchased a new home through V&H. Again, Maria and the team were absolute super stars. I always felt updated and they had my interests in mind at all times. I would highly recommend. Huge thanks, Catherine.

20th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Fantastic service from Darren at Cavendish, he found us a good buyer and his regular comms kept the deal moving to completion. Would definitely recommend.
17th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Never in the office when we called, never replied to our emails, didn’t seem interested in selling our (low value) property. When we phoned the office nobody else could help or give us information about what was happening with our property, or whether there were any potential viewings. Talked a good talk and always had ‘an interested investor’ which never turned into a viewing. Very slow on technology - took 4 days to remove the property after the end of our contract (after 2 weeks notice). Had the cheek to try to get a sly viewing after we had moved on to another agent because ‘they were interested but couldn’t arrange a viewing last week’. Poor service, and doesn’t seem to work with his team. Unless you’re selling a high- value property with a juicy commission don’t bother.

He kept us informed of viewers feedback and how things were progressing after we accepted an offer. He was always on hand to help guide us through the inevitable highs and lows of this type of transaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his firm.
26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.- 22nd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

29th Mar 2024 (30 days ago)I can't recommend Dema and The Private Realtor enough, not only did she succeed where other high street agents did not, but ran a tight and very efficient process which led to a successful completion. The Private Realtor actually sells your house, it does not just show it, and there is a big difference, especially at higher price points - and this goes to the promotional videos (not just photos) - to the full service as well. This is how a house should be sold - with happy buyers and sellers. Ellerby Street, Fulham SW6.

Previously, many agencies were uninterested because we have a dog, but Mr. Kwang was very kind and did his best to talk to the landlord and give us the opportunity, and he was very attentive in resolving all of our concerns and keeping in touch. It was a pleasure meeting him and I'm glad Saks Agency has such a wonderful worker. Thank you very much
3rd Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Steven Eustration of Martin & Co Sutton Surrey handled the sale of our fathers house. As we haven’t used an estate agent in many years we’re not in a position to make any comparisons but I would not hesitate in recommending Steven to someone wishing to sell their house in this area. From initial contact to completion Steven was able to keep us abreast of all that was occurring. He assisted with preparation of the house prior to it being put on the market, importantly he was able to recommend both house cleaning and clearance companies who both performed an excellent job. Steven handled all the house viewing whilst keeping us up to date on comments and responses from the potential buyers. Once an offer had been made he liaised between us and the buyer very effectively. Finally as the sale neared completion Steven managed to keep everything moving in the very rapid schedule between exchange and completion dates.

After having the flat with a high street estate agency for 3 months with no viewings, I spoke to Elle, best thing ever, she put it on the market and the viewings started to come with her and then Katherine, both are very down to earth, approachable and knowledgeable, once offer was accepted Poppy took over and she was on top of things, keeping everyone moving and kept me informed of everything. Please trust them, you will not be disappointed.

I lost very good houses because of these guys promise. Lack of knowledge people working avoid avoid this people. Very poor communication specially their concern only money not tenant happy or not . 9th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)I cannot recommend Ralph James estate agents enough. I was really nervous about selling my house, that I loved and has so many special memories in - so it was important to me to pick the right agent who valued our property and appreciated the efforts we went to, when completely renovating. I spoke to a number of agents and when I met Tom at Ralph James, I immediately knew I wanted to go with them. His professionalism, his passion for properties and is lack of enthusiasm was what really made my decision easy. I completely felt like we were on the same page. I was very particular with what photographed I wanted posting and Tom ran everything passed me and was extremely patient. Throughout the whole process, the communication was incredibly, no matter what time - I always felt comfortable sending quick questions via whatsapp and I would get the answers that I needed. Tom even worked both Saturday and Sunday for viewings - without a question. I really felt that both Tom and Kelly had our best interest throughout and I feel so grateful to have met them both and worked closely with them. We have sold a few properties in the past and it’s always been very stressful. However, this time - there was very little stress. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much again!
